Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik, later known as Starved is the main antagonist of the webseries Prey by Sensation Studios.
Biography[]
After being beaten by Sonic for the first time, Eggman's egg carrier goes out of control, rolling into a capsule which Eggman store the animals he captures into. the resulting explosion kills the animals inside, leaving a piggy which Eggman finds upon returning to the destroyed base. He grabs the animal and bites into it. Upon which, he develops a desire for more, turning into Starved.
He soon captures and enslaves Little Planet with intent on having its inhabitants serve as food for him. When Sonic and Ray go to check it out, he has his robots capture Ray, whom he has cooked and consumed shortly after. Afterward, he builds an incinerator to capture Sonic. However, the incinerator is unable to even catch Amy, prompting Starved to destroy it.
He then builds Furnace to capture Sonic and co. Furnace proves more capable than the incinerators to where he is considered second in command. However, when Furnace gets a time stone, he sees that failure will result in Starved killing him and replacing him with another Furnace, prompting him to desperately try and capture Sonic to prevent that from happening. However, Furnace is made quick work of by Tails. Seeing this, Starved activates the other Furnace, who proceeds to kill Tails and Amy.
The two give chase for Sonic as Starved expresses his desire to Sonic. However, Furnace gets a vision of Starved killing him much like his predecessor, prompting the robot to turn on Starved and kill him.
After Sonic defeats Furnace at the end of the series, he goes back to stop the capsule from being destroyed, freeing the animals within and thus preventing Eggman from becoming Starved.
