Storm, is a main antagonist in Monarch: Legacy of Kaijus and as a major antagonist in Simon: King of the Monsters. He is a draconic Titan which was discovered in the Philippines in 1950, where it was the culprit of the USS Lawton's destruction.

Backstory[]
Storm was created by scientists in the late 30s. The result created an aggressive type of hybrid Ion Dragon hybrid, resulted from violence. His presence in the Philippines and its ability to discharge ice-like-thunder in the air that form aurora-like patterns inspired myths among the local Filipino tribes about a dragon that carves a path of fire across the sky.

- Draconic Titan Physiology: As a draconic Titan, Storm is incredibly powerful, possessing several physical and supernatural attributes.
- Enhanced Strength: Although not necessarily strong compared to other Titans, Storm is still strong enough to last a significant length of time grappling in the sky with Mobil, Toxin and Keizer Ghidorah.

- Enhanced Stamina: Storm's musculature is considerably efficient. His virtually inexhaustible stamina enables him to exert himself at peak capacity for an undefined period of time, allowing him to fight against Keizer Ghidorah, Toxin and Mobil without tiring at all. Even when he is flying, Storm does not even seem to have any signs of fatigue.

- Flight: Storm is able to use its large wings to fly through the air at high speeds and at high altitudes. He's capable of flight even while traversing through Axis Mundi rifts, using the current of the vortexes to glide at high speed.
- Nacre Production: Storm can spray viscous nacre from his mouth, which is capable of trapping and preserving smaller organisms. The creature used this ability to surprise Simon, causing him to briefly stop charging his atomic breath. During the battle in Boston, Storm even used this to strike at Mobil on her face.
- Ice-Thunder Breath: Storm can fire ice out of his mouth, but also can produce electricity to produce.

- Sharp Teeth: Storm has razor-sharp teeth which it could use to bite and tear, allowing it to bite into any Titans extremely thick skin.
- Sharp Claws: Storm has razor-sharp claws which it could use to rend through most materials.
- Prehensile Tail: Storm displays a long powerful tail with thagomizers on it as it could use it as a formidable weapon against its opponents, allowing the creature to briefly restrain Simon's head with it as it bites into the Titan's throat.
