Susie is the main protagonist of the YouTuber Jummy's concept for a "Weird Route" in Chapter 1 of the indie game Deltarune.
Set in an alternate version of Chapter 1, after getting the Devilsnkife from their fight with Jevil, Susie follows the player as they order her to kill dozens of Darkners across the Dark World. As the route goes on, Susie grows to become more sadistic and murderous than her original counterpart, becoming a worse version of her original-self.
Biography[]
Chapter 1[]
After entering the Castle Dungeon with Kris and Ralsei, Susie enters Jevil's cell with them. After Jevil attacks them, wanting to play a "simple numbers game", they quickly engage in a battle. Susie would use FIGHT Jevil repeatedly, not using anything else against him other than Rude Buster. After a long battle, Susie would defeat Jevil by using Rude Buster against him.
Despite his defeat, Jevil would become rather impressed with the Lightners and offer himself up to them, wanting to help them "capture their prey", turning into a Devilsknife and leave behind his tail. The player would equip both items to Susie, making her stronger. With Susie now equipped with stronger weapons and armor, the Lightners would exit the Castle Dungeon and encounter a Ruddin Ranger guarding the elevator. The player would order Susie to use a new ability called "DEVILS BUSTER" against the rangers during their fight, killing them both instantly.
With their new strength, Susie would follow the player as they had her kill countless enemies within an instant throughout the Dark World as they backtracked their entire path. Every enemy would be obliterated by Susie, using Devils Buster which would kill every enemy she faced within an instant.
While returning to the castle, the Lightners would encounter multiple Ruddin Rangers and Head Hathys in their way. They would engage in a battle between fifteen enemies at a time, one-shotting them all with Devils Buster. After finally returning to Card Castle, it would appear to be completely empty on the first and second floors. On the third floor, more Head Hathys would be fought and killed. Nobody was on the fourth floor, however.
When the Lightners encounter the King, he swears revenge for what they had down to his people, only for Susie to aggressively question the King. A battle soon would break between the Lightners and the King, a rough one with the King questioning their massacre even more and his attacks would also be stronger. After an exhausting fight, the King would request the Lightners to stop fighting and put down their weapons. However, Susie would not. Susie would make an attempt to kill the King, only for Ralsei to put her and the King to sleep with his lullaby.
After returning the Light World, Kris would wake Susie up. Before either of them left the school, however, Susie would demand Kris to return to the Dark World the next day with her.
Chapter 2[]
Normal Route[]
While Chapter 2 does appear to be mostly similar to the original version of Chapter 2, there are some differences. After Susie and Kris enter the Cyber World, she kills two werewires before Ralsei could pacify them. When the Lightners played on the arcade machine with Queen, Susie breaks the controls, showing how much stronger she truly had become. After injuring her leg in the trash zone, Susie and Ralsei would leave the party for a couple rooms.
Snowgrave Route[]
After meeting up with Kris again, Susie would heal Kris. Unlike her canonical counterpart, Susie actually appears to be good with it here. Soon, they would enter the mansion. After going into Noelle's room, Susie would never actually come out of her room for some unspecified reason. After Kris calls for Noelle during their fight with Spamton NEO, she wouldn't show up no matter what. Kris would then call for Susie, who would kill him.
Personality[]
Compared to her original counterpart, Susie is nothing but a mere shell of her formerself. At first, Susie seemed to question whether or not was a good idea to kill multiple Darkners across the Dark World, questioning Kris/the player when they gave her the Devilsknife and Jevilstail. However, as she began to kill more and more, Susie would become completely fine with murder and was willing to obliterate every single enemy in her path. She even seemed to begin to enjoy it, telling Kris that they should find some more enemies to kill after killing a bunch of Ruddin Rangers and Head Hathys.
By the time they encounter the King, Susie appears to be more ruthless and arrogant than before, yelling at the King after he talks about the deaths of his people. Susie would refuse to put down her weapon when the King requested for the fighting to end, as she believed it would be fine if she began to treat the King "as the bad guy". When she tells Kris to return to the Dark World with her, she also says it in an incredibly aggressive tone, making Susie less affable than her original counterpart.
