T .1 & T .2, also known as the Tac Leaders, are the secondary antagonists of the 2011 sprite animation, NYAN BATTLE ! (Nyan cat vs Tac Nayn), based on the viral internet sensation, Nyan Cat. They are the shadowy leaders of a dying race of space cats who seek to conquer Earth for the sake of repopulating their kind.
Appearance[]
Just like Tac Nayn, the Tac leaders are a pair of black cats with pastries for torsos. However, their entire bodies, save for their bright red eyes, are completely pitch black silhouettes with a thin white outline, thus hiding their true appearance.
Biography[]
The video opens with a slow fade on the two shadowy Tac Leaders discussing their plans. T .1 asks T .2 what he wanted to tell him, to which T .2 tells him the good news that they have finally found a new planet for their dying race to inhabit, which T .1 is surprised by and demands T .2 to show it to him. T .2 complies and shows T .1 Planet SR6.98-002, AKA Earth, which has all the essential resources for kind to thrive and repopulate, and although it is already populated by humans, T .2 says it's not an issue as the humans are weak compared to them. T .1 tells him that it's perfect for their kind, though he senses a strong power coming from the planet, which T .2 agrees with and says that there seems to be a powerful being protecting the planet. T .1 says this is a problem that they need to get rid of, and asks T .2 to tell "T .9" AKA Tac Nayn, to go to Earth to take care of the issue.
When Tac Nayn lands on Earth, he destroys a rainbow and kills the first human he sees and attacks a helpless Donut Cat before meeting Nyan Cat, the same powerful being that his higher-ups told him to get rid of. Tac Nayn initially tries to get Nyan Cat to leave the planet and prepare it for the invasion by offering him mercy if he cooperates, only for Nyan to reject the offer in favor of protecting Earth, which angers Tac Nayn, who announces that he'll destroy Nyan Cat with his own paws, beginning the fight between the two, which Nyan Cat manages to win.
Tac Nayn, angered by his defeat, attempts to destroy Earth with Nyan Cat on it out of spite, much to his leaders' horror as T .1 begs Tac Nayn not to destroy the very planet their species needs to survive, but to no avail. Tac Nayn manages to strike a hit on Nyan Cat with a beam from his destructive attack, and attempts to hit him a second time to kill him for good, but just before it can hit Nyan Cat, Donut Cat shows up to take the hit from the blast instead to save him. Nyan Cat's sadness caused by his friend's death, in addition to the earlier death of his girlfriend, causes him to turn into an angelic form that teleports in front of Tac Nayn and fires a massive blast that sends him back hurling towards his species' dying planet. T .2 warns T .1 about the blast rushing towards them, to which T .1 yells that they need to abandon the planet, which proceeds to explode. It's unknown if the two managed to escape and survive their planet's destruction.
Personality[]
Although the Tac Leaders seek to dominate Earth presumably at humanity's expense, it's ultimately because they wish to use to use the planet's resources to repopulate their dying race, and are genuinely horrified when Tac Nayn attempts to destroy Earth to spite Nyan Cat, as they desperately try to remind him that they need the planet to survive.

- The Tac Leaders are, along with Nyan Cat's girlfriend and the unnamed human that Tac Nayn kills, the only characters in Nyan AH's Nyan Cat duology to have not originated from an existing Nyan Cat work.
