The Terrorist Leader is the main antagonist of the Operation LRG3 segments of the Limited Run Games 2022 Showcase.
He is the terroristic leader of an unnamed terrorist organisation who seeks to escape North America by a plane, so that he could move to South America and avoid his criminal empire from being shut down. He is also the de-facto and sworn arch enemy of the Agents.
He is portrayed by Shawn Chatfield, who also portrayed both Revolver Ocelot and Psycho Mantis in Metal Gear Solid In 5 Minutes.
