“ | You and your entire world will be bog standard soon. | „ |
~ The Benchmark Void threatening Vic Van Wrinkle. |
Benchmark Overvoid also known as The Reject Monitor is the overarching antagonist of Fandom Chronicles. He is an endless blue void who seeks to devour every hero and villain in fiction and downgrade them to bog standard. He is the archenemy of Vic Van Wrinkle.
In order to accomplish its goal, the Benchmark Void will manipulate events across the multiverse to increase the overall amount of good/evil. When an individual universe has its heinousness or admirable standard heightened as a result, the Benchmark Void will begin to devour its villains and heroes.
In January 2025, after all Bog-Standard villains were banned on the Villainous Benchmark wiki it decided to devour most of them and deleted their pages, he also banned all hostile species from the wiki before destroying them too.
Personality[]
The Benchmark Void's personality is very much akin to the term "Chaotic Evil" as he seeks to devour every other villain (as well as heroes too), not out of a sense of heroism or vengeance, but to make them bog standard, in a sense he is doing what he does because he simply can, maybe he wants to do it to prove himself to be above everyone, the true reason may never be known.
The Benchmark Void is shown to have a degree of sadism, indicating that it might be more than a mindless force of nature. The main reason why he doesn't simply make every work standard at once, despite having the omnipotent powers to do so, is because he seemingly takes joy in watching characters fall one-by-one.
The Benchmark Void is the evilest villain in the entire Fandom Chronicles saga. He is eviler than Hitler and Vukmir. He knows the difference between right and wrong. He can be evil and good, and chooses to be evil, which he knows.
The Benchmark Void is completely wicked.

Allies[]
Neutral[]
- Jackson Cyclone - He is shocked Jackson wants to be Benchmark but doesn’t mind it.
Enemies[]
- Mega Jack Horner - He wishes to make Jack miserable to keep him Benchmark no matter what.
- VB Scout - He hates her for wanting to get rid of the Villainous Benchmark status by making them them more heinous to be IH, NPE and PE or even disqualify as villains resulted in many of his victims escaping because of it. His hatred for her came up all time high when she got bog-standard, standard villainy and later those who fail the baseline of their works banned.
- HB Exterminator - Hates her for same reason as VB Scout but with getting of Heroic Benchmark status instead of Villainous Benchmark status by making heroes more admirable to be IH, NPG or PG. He is afraid she'll do her version of Purge of Standards N Bog-Standards in the HB Wiki next.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Omni Manipulation: The Benchmark Void encompasses and transcends all aspects of existence itself, and has supreme authority over all of it, he has the ability to manipulate both reality and the plot and has been thought to be omnipotent and completely boundless.

- Omnifarious: The Benchmark monitor's incredible powers allow him to devour anything, including reality warping beings and abstract concepts.
