This villain was proposed and approved on the Near Pure Evil Wiki to be close to being a Complete Monster/Pure Evil. While these villains may not be Complete Monsters, they certainly come close.

Golden Freddy, better known as the Chief, is one of the main antagonists (alongside Glitchtrap) of the Five Nights at Freddy's web-series The Specals, created by TheHottest Dog.
He is the chief of the Shadow Army, which seeks to capture and destroy all universes. He's the former boss of RXQ and the General (before killing the former and the latter redeeming himself), the pawn of Glitchtrap and the friend-turned-archenemy of Freddy Fazbear and Springtrap.
He is voiced by YumoSFM in The Special Strike and by Hunter L. in The Special Strike: Rebellion.
Golden Freddy was once another member of Freddy Fazbear's gang of wacky and goofy animatronics. However, after an argument, he stumbled upon a laptop in a backroom that was left there by Glitchtrap. He would a watch a video of Five Nights at Freddy's 2 and get jumpscared by his in-game version and knocked unconscious. He would be met by Glitchtrap in his dreams, where they would team up to destroy all universes. Golden Freddy would then wake himself up and start his fall to villainy.
He then kidnaps Springtrap when he was knocked into the backstage by the Puppet and shows Foxy a porn-parody of My Life as a Teenage Robot to distract him. Golden Freddy would explain his plan to Springtrap and they would team up. Golden Freddy would then kidnap and chloroform Fredbear, as well as take his suit and use it as a disguise.
Golden Freddy, Springtrap and Glitchtrap would team up and create the Shadow Droids. Glitchtrap would give them a spare Toy Bonnie suit while Golden Freddy would use a scrapped design from the backstage, creating RXQ and the General. He would also give RXQ a second, stronger form called QXR that would activate if his first form would die (the Chief expecting that this will happen only if he loses); Meanwhile, he wouldn't give the General anything, treating him like a junk, although his hat would be able to resurrect him in a new body. When giving RXQ and the General life, they were interrupted by Fredbear, who was now a mere endoskeleton. The Shadow Droids would deactivate him.
The Chief, RXQ and the General then create the Shadow Mecha, a gigantic, laser-shooting endoskeleton. Ultimately, this would be the cause of Springtrap leaving them behind, as he believed the Chief was going too far. The Chief would then order the Shadow Army to go into every universe and capture everyone, including Freddy and the rest of his friends. Golden Freddy then replaces his hand with a nightmare animatronic hand. During the parody videos preceding the duology, the process would be slowly shown.
The Special Strike[]
The Chief is first seen discussing with the General about their plans before telling him he has work to do. Later on, the two would learn that Freddy and his friends have escaped their jail cells. The Chief, out of anger, would punch Peridot from Steven Universe before setting off an alarm telling the Shadow Droids the prisoners have escaped. Angered, the Chief would give the order to kill Freddy and Co. if spotted. Later on, the Chief would power on the Shadow Mecha with help from the General.
During the war with Freddy and Co., the Chief stayed back at his base. A destroyed Shadow Droid would eventually use a teleporter to inform him that the Shadow Army is losing the war, with both the General and RXQ being killed while the Shadow Droids are losing numbers. The Chief expected this, knowing that they can't defeat everyone at once, and initiated Project S.S. by powering the Shadow Mecha and controlling it, even if hesitating for a very slight moment.
Controlling the Shadow Mecha, the Chief would enter the battlefield through a portal, killing various enemies, including the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man. Meanwhile, Dee Dee would open a portal and release Godzilla into the battlefield to join the war. The Shadow Mecha and Godzilla would fight for two hours until Freddy, angered by how long it's taking, would enter the Mecha after seeing an opening on the chest.
The Chief and Freddy would confront each other, with Freddy saying that he understands what the Chief's doing, feeling like he isn't what he's supposed to be and that he was meant to be scary, trying to redeem his former friend. The Chief then tries to shoot Freddy, saying his enemy knows deep down that he's doing the right thing, and they get into a fight after Freddy kicks him in the nuts, this causes the Chief to question why he was hurt as he has no balls. However, Freddy would accidentally pull a lever that caused the Shadow Mecha to shut down, which gave Godzilla the opportunity to fire a laser at it, exploding it. As the Shadow Mecha is exploding, Freddy is killed while the Chief has his Villainous Breakdown.
Once the mecha explodes, it causes gigantic damage to the battlefield, killing almost everyone, with the survivors badly injured and not awakening until much later. In a horrible condition, the Chief would awaken for a short moment, and see that a boulder crushed Freddy, with only his hand being revealed. The Chief would then hold hands with Freddy as he dies.
The Special Strike: Rebellion[]
For the first half of the video, the Chief would still stay dead and appear only in flashbacks explaining Springtrap's past. When Bonnie and Ennard find his corpse, the hand-hold makes them think that Freddy managed to redeem the Chief. Meanwhile, QXR and the General, who have been both resurrected, try to revive him. QXR takes his corpse to his secret base. QXR explains to the General that the crystal on his nightmare arm/gauntlet holds immense power (he knows that because the Chief told him; However, the General wasn't). Once all the pieces of the gauntlet are put back together, the Chief can be resurrected as someone much stronger and more vengeful.
Shortly after the General's redemption, QXR manages to put the gauntlet back together and revive the Chief as something monstrous, looking like Twisted Freddy. The first thing he does is make the sky purple and kill two of the three Shadow Droids that have redeemed themselves. The Chief would lift Springtrap up and try to kill him, but he's stopped when the Mighty Jimmy arrives.
While the Chief and the Mighty Jimmy battle it out, the heroes, consisting of Springtrap, Bonnie, RAT, Security Puppet, the General, Foxy, Chica, Candy, Vinnie, a Shadow Droid, CAT and Cindy, escape through a portal. Ennard and Blank, meanwhile, were killed during crossfire. When the Chief knocks out the Mighty Jimmy, he spawns tons of portals to find the heroes (Chester and Penguin, who have been left behind, enter one on their own). While QXR has various comedic misadventures, the Chief is only seen beheading Funtime Freddy from Dawko's song "Count the Ways" (who was in the middle of singing it, no less) and then being thrown out of a portal after a fight with someone unknown.
QXR explains that they don't have time for the world-travelling, and the Chief responds by teleporting him to the destroyed Shadow Mecha. The Chief then revives it and gives it a life on its own. The three are soon later confronted by the heroes, and it turns out Chester and Penguin have created a gang of various characters from various dimensions, while the Mighty Jimmy and Godzilla awaken. While the Chief and the Shadow Mecha fight the Mighty Jimmy and Godzilla respectively, QXR fights Chester and Penguin's team.
To everyone's surprise, the Chief suddenly falls over in his normal form, dead; It turns out that a member of Glitchtrap's Gang has stabbed him in the back with a device. Once the device is claimed by QXR, Glitchtrap resurrects the Chief as someone loyal to him and him only; The Chief then quickly rips QXR's head in half, killing him. The Chief gives Glitchtrap the device and the rabbit stabs himself with it, transforming into a monstrous, mantis-like creature and turning the sky green. The Chief assists Glitchtrap in killing the heroes, fighting the General and knocking him out. At one point, the Observer, who has created the universe, drags Glitchtrap down a portal, never to be seen again.
The Chief then stabs Springtrap in the back and tries to kill him. However, when he turns around, he's welcomed by everyone who has died in The Special Strike and a few others, while the Shadow Mecha is defeated by Godzilla. Freddy then defeats the Chief in a short fight, and leaves the rest to finish the job. As Siren Head grabs the Chief and lifts him up, the General opens a portal with the portal gun; The Chief is thrown through the portal, and the General destroys the portal gun afterwards, to make sure the madness will never repeat.
Seconds afterwards, the Observer appears from a giant white portal and drags everyone into it except Freddy, the Shadow Mecha and the Mighty Jimmy. Using a tank, Freddy is able to shoot the Shadow Mecha while the Observer pulls out one last arm to drag the creature into the portal.
Two weeks later, it turns out everything is back to normal and everyone has been send to their universe, where they belong; The main universe was changed a bit, with almost everyone being redesigned and given a new voice. It's revealed that the Chief is wandering across the multiverse, with wanted signs being put around all dimensions. While Freddy doubts the Chief will ever change, he's sure that he will never come back.
