They are a member of a Christian Cult who drive by anger and hateful of evil for many years. So, they create a group of Christian Cult and called theirselves "Cult Of The Tortured Man". They commited mass murder against bad people as a revenge for their very bad actions. After this, James R. Wilberton and he is leader of Cult. He connected Master B to make him use his powers and abilities to became second leader.

It is possible unknown how the cult beginning from. But it is possible that the cult start around 20s or 50s. They wasn't considered the evil cult. Because they was hating evil or anything else mocking of God such Sins (Actaully Seven deadly sins) after years and years, they start to killing the most bad people who they trying to run away from their worst actions. They was believing in god. because they are Christian Cult. Then they named their cult "Cult Of The Tortured Man".

In some point around 2008. A man named James R. Wilberton. Who is working in Classic Ben 10 series. Who is also the leader of the tortured man cult. He reveals that he helping Barry (A.K.A Master B) to spread the tape to kill bad people and drag them within his world as justice. One day, James and Barry planning to torturing and kill Owen Peterson reveals to be Barry's father). So, James drop the tape for owen take it and will face the past.

Master B: Master B is the second leader in the cult. But he is a ghost, unlike the surviving preachers. He is one of a group who has shown an obsession with justice and kills bad people a lot as well as his behavior is sadistic, violent and cruel psychotic for torturing bad people within his world.
