The Doctor is the main antagonist of the fanfic The Stranger I Knew. He is based on his original Cave Story counterpart, albeit worse in terms of actions.
History[]
After Quote defeated The Doctor, the crystal began to possess Quote and successfully killed Misery and Sue. He then look down at the corpse and wanted to spit on them.
He continuously mind raped Quote as well as threatening Santa's life upon traveling further. From there, he began to change his host's appearance. He then went after Curly Brace and began to rape Curly Brace upon encountering her, as well as tormenting her with lies. It is also revealed that he starved a Mimiga family and tried to corrupt them with Red Flower.
During the fight, Date and Curly are at their final moments. The latter finished him off by stabbing the sword on his chest, ending the mad scientist's reign for good. Even so, it costed both Quote and Curly's lives due to their close relationship.
