The Employer is the unseen main antagonist of Pikmin Plush, a YouTube series made by JJnEverything. He is a strange cloaked man, who is seen putting a bounty on Olimar and Red's heads. He shows up at the very end once again, watching Olimar's departure, remarking about what waits in 'the dungeon.'
Appearance[]
The Employer has pale skin and a large round nose, comparable to Olimar's. He wears a black cloak that covers most of his body.
Personality[]
The Employer is a malicious and enigmatic man. He has less than a minute of screentime, despite being the main catalyst for the entire series. It's clear he has a hatred or bitterness to Captain Olimar, as his goal is to capture him. The main candidate for his identity is none other than Louie, a character in the original Pikmin 2 game. Louie has the same nose as Olimar, just like the Employer does. Not only this, but Louie in the games has a rivalry/bitter relationship with Olimar, something repeated by The Employer. The Employer calling Olimar "partner" would match up perfectly as well. Louie is also the only Pikmin character not used in the series, so him being the Employer makes the most sense.
History[]
If we are to assume this is Louie, than a few things are known about his history. He was born on the planet Hocotate, and raised there. When he got old enough, he got a job at Hocotate Freight. On one mission, he lashed out and devoured the precious cargo, plummeting the company into debt. He then falsified his report, to keep the blame off of himself. This caused the President of the company to send him and his fellow coworker (Olimar) on a mission to the uncharted planet in hoped of finding treasure.
Upon completing the debt, Olimar flies home, but accidentally leaves Louie behind. The timeline of Pikmin Plush is blurry, but it can be assumed it takes place right after Olimar returns to look for Louie. Sometime after Olimar's return, The Employer hires three of the best bounty hunters in the forest. The Lemon, Bulborb, and Chikorita. He gave them the task of finding and capturing Olimar and one Red Pikmin. All three hunters fail. Chikorita is killed, Bulborb betrays the cause, and The Lemon is thrown into jail. As Olimar departs again, The Employer remains undefeated, remarking about what waits for Olimar in 'the dungeon.' The Employer leaves, and isn't seen again.

Trivia[]
- For such an important character, it's odd his first appearance is in the series finale. One could argue he has existed since the start of Season 2, as that's when he is first mentioned.
- It is the only villain that isn't defeated in one way. This has led to speculation on whether a Season 3 may happen, been though its been deconfirmed.
- The Employer would most likely fall under the Neutral Evil alignment.
