Matthew Robert Patrick, Mark Edward Fishbach and Lewis K. Dawkins, better known as MatPat, Markiplier and Dawko and collectively the FNaFTubers, are major antagonists on Chickeninja42's YouTube channel, being the overarching antagonists of his FNaF challenge series.

They are FNaF YouTubers who pressure Chickeninja to continue his FNaF challenge series even at the expense of his sanity, threatening to either beat him up or make fun of his lack of romantic success.

They are fictionalized versions of the real-life YouTubers. Their voice is presumably constructed with AI technology.

Appearances[]

MatPat[]

MatPat appears in Chickeninja's second FNaF challenge video. Chicken had planned to continue making Cuphead challenge videos, but MatPat calls him on his phone (how he got his number is unknown, but it was presumably through less than ethical means). After introducing himself MatPat says the fans are eager for a video on FNaF 2 without using the lights. Chicken refuses, and even isn't intimidated when MatPat pulls a gun on him. MatPat then threatens to make a Game Theory on how Chicken has no success with women, but Chicken still doesn't care, so Mat then threatens to make a video where he scientifically proves Chicken's lack of intelligence, at which point Chicken yields.

In the next FNaF video, Markiplier informs Chicken that MatPat was caught "busting it down" which presumably caused him to go on the run out of shame, not able to extort FNaF challenges from Chicken any longer.

Markiplier[]

Markiplier appears in the first FNaF 3 video. Chicken has been placed in a padded room after the last video to recover his sanity, but Markiplier bursts into his ward and announces that he will be slapping Chickeninja. He explains how MatPat was caught busting it down, and now he will replace him in the role of extorting FNaF videos from Chicken. He says he wants Chickeninja to make a video on beating FNaF 3 with no Cameras. Chicken declines this, because DJSterf had already done it. Mark then suggests beating the game without ventilation, but someone had once again done this. Mark finally suggests beating the game without fixing any of the errors, which Chicken reluctantly accepts.

In the Night 6 Winning attempt, Springtrap shows up at Chickeninja's office, where he says he won't let him beat the challenge because it's not what Mark would want. (Presumably Mark wants Chicken to struggle even more with beating the nights because his declining sanity is entertaining). Chicken angrily replies that nobody cares what Mark wants.

In the FNaF 4 video, Dawko informs Chicken that Mark got caught hitting the most devious Griddy, presumably forcing him to go on the run just like MatPat.

Mark makes a cameo in the second FNaF 3 video. When Chicken wants to make a video on FNaF 3 with no Cameras, an unknown announcer shows him his past run-in with Markiplier where he said he wouldn't do it. (However, first the announcer plays an extremely out-of-context clip of Markiplier saying "If you're coming right now, let me see it" by accident).

Dawko[]

Dawko appears in the FNaF 4 video. Chicken has gone back to his house, but knows somebody is going to show up because he hasn't made a FNaF 4 video yet. Dawko shows up, and instead of his FNaF Meme Review series, he's apparently doing a "B**ch Review" instead. Dawko reveals Markiplier was exposed and now he has usurped him. Chicken questions him on what he could even do for FNaF 4, and Dawko insults him by suggesting he play the game with no women, only to say he already does that by default. Chickeninja calls him out on the hypocrisy because he also plays a lot of FNaF. Dawko childishly insults him again, and Chicken finally suggests that he just play the game with no sound. Dawko accepts this, but still calls him cringe anyway. Chicken replies, "Yeah, and guess what? You're British!"

Dawko then makes a cameo in Chickeninja's Mechanism video. Chicken thought that the 5th ending of Mechanism was achieved through collecting cupcakes, because Dawko had said so in one of his videos. But what he had actually meant to say was cakes, not cupcakes, apparently causing Chicken to waste a lot of time.

Unlike the other two previous FNaFTubers, it seems Dawko never got punished for extorting Chickeninja.

Personality[]

MatPat[]

Mat speaks in a smug, egotistical and condescending tone. He also has extreme anger and impatience issues. The instance Chickeninja denies making a FNaF 2 video, Mat curses him out and threatens him with a gun. He then goes on a breakdown when Chicken still denies making more FNaF videos, even calling him a "stupid dumba*s". It's clear MatPat is nowhere near as smart as he may imagine himself to be.

Markiplier[]

Unlike the other two, Markiplier is fairly polite (by their standards) and is willing to have a normal conversation with Chicken after initially threatening him. Unlike MatPat, he doesn't go hysterical when Chicken denies doing the challenge he suggests, instead suggesting some alternatives until Chicken agrees. Markiplier also cares takes a more direct approach to extortion, as he just threatens to beat up Chickeninja physically without even trying non-violent alternatives first.

Dawko[]

Dawko is by far the most immature of the three, making perverted jokes constantly. He doesn't even seem to be interested in making Chickeninja do FNaF Challenges, rather just showing up to childishly humiliate him. He doesn't once tell Chickeninja what challenge to do and just keeps mocking him. He accepts Chicken's challenge idea without much thought or care, showing he cares more about having his fun over any real goals.
