The Keeper is the titular main antagonist of the Animator vs. Animation fan series The Keeper.

It is a monstrous, purple stick figure-like being that was accidentally created by the Dark Lord when he was trying to create more weapons for his ViraBots in his quest to take over the Internet. A beast which seems to only seek carnage, it resides within the old bunker of Vira-Corp where it patiently awaits its next victims.

Appearance

The Keeper is an extremely tall, skeletal purple stick figure with a hollow head. Unlike any other characters, it has visible white eyes and a long smile.

Synopsis

A long time ago, he was created by The Dark Lord from an experiment failure and broke through the glass. The Dark Lord tried to fight back, but his Vira-Spike broke and almost had his head squished. Luckily, he kicked The Keeper in the chest and ran away.

The Dark Lord blocked the Keeper with "Vira-Tapes", but most of the stick figures were in the same section as him, and they were captured alive (most likely had their heads eaten off). Even though The Dark Lord escaped, Dark Blue remained inside. Dark Blue is seen running for a while, and then ends up getting his head bit off after being found in one of the locker doors.

King Orange and Purple find themselves in the same abandoned lab a few days after the accidental creation of a monster being, and after walking for a while, they notice "Vira-Tapes" blocking, the ones The Dark Lord used to block the Keeper. Suddenly, the Keeper comes out of nowhere and jumpscares King Orange, and then breaks the "Vira-Tapes". King Orange and Purple run immediately, slamming one of the doors open. The Keeper attempts to grab King Orange, but dodges and continues running.

The Keeper gets hit by King Orange's staff particles, but continues on. King Orange then charges at the Keeper, but doesn't do any damage to him, and gets a punch in the face back. He then destroys the staff and King Orange tries to escape by punching him, but the Keeper gives him a severe blowout on his face.

Just as the Keeper is about to finish off King Orange, Purple throws a flashlight on his face to distract him, and both the victims run as fast as they can. Purple presses a button that activates a red wall to block him, and they both open the exit door to let them see the outside world. The Keeper is seen a few minutes later in the front hallway where the exit door was opened, and Purple uses his elytra wings to escape, with firework rockets to speed up, and have King Orange hold on to his right arm.
