The Leader is the main antagonist of the 2022 Vyond film CFTWCFTL The Movie 4: The Dictatorship and the overarching antagonist of CFTWCFTL The Movie 5: The Great End.
He is the unnamed president of Puerto De Oro who etablished a dictatorship in his country, spreading propaganda and capturing random people who don't follow his strict laws. When Leon and his gang arrive in Puerto De Oro, his soliders would arrest and imprison them for petty reasons, but they manage to escape thanks to Leon's powers. He also secretly works with Cody and Evil Leon, the former of which serving as one of his guards. He would later have the country order their executions for ruining the march, but they are saved by Tom.
Eventually, Leon's gang, tired of the dictatorship, decide to encounter the Leader himself at his residence in order to have him removed from the throne, but he refuses to go down easily and sends his guards to take them down, but fails to do so. Not wanting to be executed by Leon's gang, he goes on to take his own life by jumping off a window and falling to his death in front of his residence, putting his 20-year dictatorship to an end as John Barterfield is later elected as new president.
He was voiced by TTS Emilio.

The Leader is a male in his early to mid-50s with black hair and a black mustache. He also wears a black military uniform with black pants and shoes.
Personality[]
In his childhood, the Leader had the typical personality of a child's life, but after his father and mother were killed during a democracy riot in 1976, he grew up into a power-hungry, merciless and cold dictator who absolutely wants Puerto De Oro to be under his dictatorship, with his strict laws allowing the arrest (and even execution) of random people. Due to how strict he is, he is despised by Leon's gang, but nonetheless, he doesn't care about it as his government is praised by the Puerto De Oro citizens, as shown when they wish Leon's gang to be killed for ruining the military march.
Despite being a violent and cruel dictator, he is also a coward who doesn't want to fight the gang himself and rather relies on his guards to do that instead. When his guards are dispatched, he refuses to surrender and chooses to take his own life rather than be removed from the throne.
Biography[]
Background[]
The Leader was born in 1967 in Puerto De Oro in a luxurious and rich family who led the country for several years. During this period, he was a normal child who cared about his family.
However, in 1976, at the age of only 9, the Leader would become an orphan during a democracy riot where his father and mother are killed by rioters. Since then, democracy was set in Puerto De Oro, but it was corrupted with no stable leadership or economical independance, threatened to collapse if it didn't grow towards foreign trade, which is put aside for tourism. Wishing to return Puerto De Oro into it's original state, the Leader would eventually become the new president and dictator of the country around 2001 or 2002.
CTFWCFTL The Movie 4[]
As soon as the Leader was in power, his dictatorship began spreading around Puerto De Oro, his strict laws revolving around propaganda and ban of foreign culture such as the Internet, as well as no tolerance towards those who try to rant (and even mention a single word of) his dictatorship (as seen when Tom wonders how they can have a nice vacation in the country only to be nearly shot by guards behind the door).
In 2021, when Leon's gang arrive to the country and rent a room to stay for the trip, they would discover that the television only displays hours of military marches supporting the Leader, making Tom suspicious of the country. Suspicions would be confirmed when the Leader would have his military arrest random people in the hotel, including Leon and his gang, and have them imprisoned for no apparent reason at all (possibly because they were ranting on the dictatorship), but they manage to escape.
During another military march, Leon's gang finds out that Cody was a guard in the Leader's military and they start fighting against them, emerging victorious when Tom sets off a dynamite that dispatches the guards in an explosion. Cody, on the other hand, has his guard disguise stripped away and is defeated when Tom sneaks up behind him and kicks him away, as the latter then orders everyone to go in their homes to avoid more guards coming in to stop them.
Unfortunately, the Leader would learn about his march being ruined and orders his military forces to sentence Leon's gang to death by firing squad immediately as a group of citizens wish for them to be killed for what they had done. But as they were about to be publicly executed, Tom manages to free himself and kill the executioners, saving his friends in the process. This would be the last straw for Leon's gang, now wanting to get rid of the strict dictatorship that went on for nearly twenty years.
The gang then reaches the Leader's presidential residence as they start fighting their way through his guards, eventually facing him in his office. The Leader then mentions how they are delinquents who had destroyed his country and refuses to be replaced by another president, before sending in his guards in an attempt to stop them, but they are easily killed. However, the Leader still refuses to be disowned, sending his most fiercest soliders in the country as reinforcements, but they are also easily dispatched as well.
With no more guards to defend himself, the Leader, not wanting to surrender and be removed from his throne, decides to take his own life by jumping out from a window and falling to his death on the pavement. With the Leader finally dead, a new election begins and a new president is elected, John Barterfield, who returns Puerto De Oro to it's democratic state.
Just as they were about to celebrate their victory, Leon's gang is suddenly interrupted by Evil Leon and Cody, revealing that they were helping the Leader the entire time and that they now plot to kill the newly-elected president, which would result in a failed assassination attempt.
CFTWCFTL The Movie 5[]
Due to his death, the Leader does not return in the final movie of the franchise, but is mentioned by Evil Leon and Cody, serving as their motive behind the assassination attempts they plot against him and even hiring a fake candidate named Gary Smith (who is in fact Cody in disguise) in order to overthrow him to become president and reinstate the dictatorship Puerto De Oro used to have when the previous Leader was in power. John Barterfield would eventually be assassinated by Evil Leon after the latter told the Leader's backstory to him, temporarily making Gary Smith the new president until he was defeated and removed from his position after a short while, with Simon becoming Puerto De Oro's new president.
Trivia[]
- The Leader and his dictatorship over Puerto De Oro are very similar to Kim Jong-un and his dictatorship in North Korea, having the same harsh human rights and strict laws as well as propaganda and ban of foreign culture such as the Internet. Unlike Kim Jong-un, however, the Leader's dictatorship over the country would end when he decides to take his own life by jumping off from a window and falling to his death.
- He is the only main antagonist in the franchise to not fight Leon's gang by himself, rather relying on his guards to do it for him.
