The Mortal Scaling Judge is an netural antagonist in the Fandom Wiki Chronicles and secondary overreaching character in the Mega Jack Horner Cinematic Universe. She supervises Mortal Scaling Proposals on various wikis to be fair though is super strict on who do to ensure things work smoothly. Though she has some villainous acts or otherwise she would been on the Neutral Characters Wiki instead, as she is in kahoots with the Generic Evil Lord to get more targets for the Mortal Scale Wiki Killings.
Personality[]
Being the Judge to ensure which character go on the proper Mortal Scale Wiki she has strict guidelines who can propose an character to her even if they have great ideas.
However she hates to deal with people posturing her to judge and approve X or Y character to be PG, NPG, IA, IH, NPE and PE which made her ally with Generic Evil Lord in first place. She takes her frustration out by making standards for a proposal to be higher to lessen her job.

- Made Triangle Incessantly Admirable after so long with one vote.
- Made the original Godzilla.EXE Inconsistently Heinous after original user’s proposal was deleted for not being whitelisted and had someone else who is do it instead.
- Made the Heinous Standard higher by telling The IH Killer to give everyone including other Moral Scaling killers universe destroying weapons to ensure Mega Jack Horner can’t be Inconsistently Heinous.
- She poorly wordeed TenSura Shion's Inconsistently Admirable'z proposal where it made it sound she failed the series Admirable Standard instead of saying where she might not done stuff on Rimuru Tempest's level as it be unfair but still have enough to stand out.
- Made IA not have whitelist since she didn't feel like filtering users who can propose or not out of laziness.
- Banned Bog-Standard Villains from Villainous Benchmark Wiki after Jackson Cyclone and VB Scout convinced her to do it.

She was informed by people she missed on various ISEKAI series after Generic Evil Lord told her series like That Time I Got Reicarnated as a Slime, Overlord, and etc has little to no presence in the mortal scaling wikis despite potentional. They weren't on whitelist so she gave zero fucks and told them to come back later when they meet the criteria to do proposals. But she decided to check on various wasted potetional for curiosity in mortal debate. She decided to take out some people for no reason.
