The Moral Scaling Killers are a major antagonistic faction in the FANDOM Wiki, the Villains Fanon Wiki Chronicles and its spinoff The PE Massacre, and the overarching antagonistic faction of many other works.
They are a group of mysterious beings that want to destroy their respective statuses. As a result, their actions can break the rules of the Moral Scale, leading to chaos and confusion to the numerous worlds affected by the Moral Scale.
They are the archenemies of numerous characters for numerous reasons, including the Heroes and Villains Admin Hive Minds who interfere with their goals, Mega Jack Horner who wanted to get revenge on the moral scaling killers for rejected him from the Pure Evil status, and most infamously, the Moral Scaling Guardian, an entity that has the capability to challenge and put an end to the Moral Scaling Killers.

The PE Executioner[]
The father of the NPE Killer and Valencia Storm, as well as the grandfather of VB Scout who wants to get rid of the "Pure Evil" status. He's the archenemy of the Villains Admin Hive Mind. He isn't as bad as his name sounds.
The NPE Killer[]
The son of the PE Executioner, the brother of Valencia Storm, and father of VB Scout, who wants to get rid of the "Near Pure Evil" status. He's the archenemy of Ordeaux26.
The IH Cleanser[]
A moral scaling killer that wants to get rid of the "Inconsistently Heinous" status. Unlike the other killers, who simply seek to get rid of the status but let the villains live, the IH Killer seeks to commit genocide on and kill all Inconsistently Heinous villains. Not only that, but he would also commit immoral acts to said victims like sentencing them to rape, cutting off their dicks and brutal torture. He is also the only Moral Scaling Killer to have a positive relationship with his Moral Wiki Scaling Killer, as he and Vanimikoleena The Inconsistent have formed a truce to work towards killing all IH villains and agreed to not harm each other.
He also has rivaly with NPE Killer and VB Scout.
The VB Scout[]
She is one of the newest ones and NPE Killer's long lost daughter. She wants to get rid of the "Villainous Benchmark" status and because of it she is one of the arch enemy of IH Killer and one of the two arch enemies of the Benchmark Void alongside HB Exterminator. She considered one of the most evil out of the Villainous Scaling and one of most of the most evil out of all the Mortal Scaling Killers due to her wanting villains to be more heinous and loose many redeeming qualities as possible to stand out to not be Benchmark anymore while rarely making some less heinous to not qualify and be too standard/bog-standard/fail the baseline, her evilness is only rivaled by PG Murderer.
She teams up with HB Exterminator sometimes due their dislike with the Benchmark Void and they benefit from each other making Heroes & Villains more Admirable & Heinous to pass.

The PG Murderer[]
The “father” of the IA Huntress who wants to get rid of the "Pure Good" status. He's the archenemy of the Heroes Admin Hive Mind. He is often considered among the evilest of the Moral Scaling Killers only rivaled by VB Scout, albeit not the most heinous, as his actions are generally less heinous than other killers like the NPE Killer (who often commits absolutely horrible crimes just to remove a single villain) or the IH Killer (who outright kills his victims rather than just removing their statuses). He is only rivaled by VB Scout who wants more Villains to do more heinous acts and loose as many redeeming qualities as possible.
The NPG Slayer[]
A moral scaling killer that wants to get rid of the "Near Pure Good" status. He's the archenemy of the PG Murderer. He is also the father of the HB Exterminator.
The IA Huntress[]
The daughter of the PG Murderer that wants to get rid of the "Inconsistently Admirable" status. She is arguably the more tamer of the killers due to mostly pushing heroes to more admirable statuses.
The HB Exterminator[]
She is the daughter of the NPG Slayer that wants to get rid of the "Heroic Benchmark" status, like VB Scout she is one of the two archenemies of the Benchmark Void because of her wanting to eliminate Heroic Benchmarks.
She easily is the most least evil of them though not completely good and still not the tamest due to her extreme methods of creating and causing the events & villains needed to make Benchmark Heroes do their more admirable acts. If not then she make them too standard to be heroes with simple nice acts.
She and VB Scout team up with each frequently because of their dislike of Benchmark Void and they benefit to make Benchmark Hero & Villain archenemies more Admirable & Heinous making it an mutual gain.

She is the only one to not be an Moral or Likability Scaling Killer as her role involves the Heroes & Villains Wikis' (And their Fanon Wiki counterparts') as her job is to remove a character who is featured on both wikis such as one who are On & Off, Grey Zone, Fallen Heroes/Redeemed Villains believing a character can't be both and if all else fails she will send them to the Neutral Characters Wiki. Her actions also ends up creating Conflicting Goods and Conflicting Evils Wikis as an result too.
Lesser Scale[]
The MB Butcher[]
A lesser moral scaling killer who targets the "Magnificent Baddie" status. He uses his abilities to make an existing MB either lose their magnificence, or make them too vile, to the point of being Entertainingly Detestable.
The Moral Scaling Purgatory Gatekeeper[]
Unlike other moral scaling killers, the MSP Gatekeeper seeks to trap its victims in the Moral Scaling Purgatory, a disconnected section of the Benchmark Void where heroes or villains that are impossible to be morally scaled between Pure Good to Pure Evil are sent to.
The Hate Sinker[]
This moral scaling killer seeks to make hated characters, or "Hate Sinks", become well-liked (but not Love Exalted), or unintentionally hated, possibly making them "Scrappies".
The Love De-exalter[]

The EDH Eradicator[]
This "moral" (reception) scaling killer arrived seemingly out of nowhere to eliminate every Ensemble Dark Horse. He uses his powers and skills to affect the importance of the character or others' perception of said character so that the character cannot qualify.
The Scrappy Ender[]
She is an Moral Reception Killer that wish to get rid of every Scrappy by making more likeable to be Base-Breakers, an EHD, an Love Excels or more hateable to an Hate Sink if all else fails.
