| ~ The NPG Slayer after unleashing the plagiarism nuke. |
The NPG Slayer is a recurring antagonist in the FANDOM Wiki, a minor antagonist in Villains Fanon Wiki Chronicles, and an unseen major antagonist in many other works.
Despite his name, he doesn't actually kill Near Pure Good heroes, and instead just wants to defame them to get society to see their flaws. This is the result of Sonic having insulted him while handing out free lives to Sonic and friends, and the insults were apparently so bad and done so much that he had a mental breakdown. After recovering, he decided that anyone who wasn't pure of heart was evil. He is fine with Inconsistently Admirable heroes and Heroic Benchmarks, as he feels they put enough emphasis on the flaws of said heroes, but he feels that Near Pure Goods get off the hook too easily for their corrupting factors. Hence, he wants to prove that all Near Pure Goods are no better than Inconsistently Admirable heroes, and that if they are better than them, then they're pure good. He always tries reasoning with heroes if possible to be pure, but if not possible then he tries defamation to lower their status instead.
He is someone who hates The PG Murderer, seeing that The PG Murderer is a major reason why the Near Pure Good status has as many heroes as it does. He often tries assassinating him as a result, but this never works for some reason. He also hates The IA Huntress for the same reason as The PG Murderer but not to the same extent, as The IA Hunter tries making people better morally rather than worse morally, and he considers the fact that since The PG Murderer is her creator, he probably influenced her behavior, though he doesn't know for sure if he did or didn't. He is also the father of the HB Exterminator. He also hates how people think he and The NPE Killer are family, when they're really not just because both have an daughter.
He's inspired by the aforementioned PG Murderer, who himself is inspired by The NPE Killer and The PE Executioner. He was created by The Blood Warrior 5000 for reasons unknown.
Victims[]
Mass Removals[]
- Kaio Kincaid, Zak Saturday, Craig Williams, Giulia Marcovaldo, Catboy, Owlette, and Gekko (George and Harold PJ Masks Power Hour). Alberto Scorfano, Peaches: Part of his most infamous accomplishment: Unleashing a nuke fueled by plagiarism. Doing this sent the wiki into an uproar for a while, and had numerous heroes removed. These heroes still to this day lack a page as the result of this nuke.
Official Works[]
Near Pure Good to Pure Good[]
- James P. Sullivan: Convinced him that being arrogant and mean is a bad thing, causing him to regret being that way and becoming friends with people he once bullied such as Mike Wazowski.
- Mavis Dracula: He firmly believed that any moment where Mavis seemingly acted in a corrupting way was absolutely justified, and felt that she didn't get enough credits for her heroics. It didn't take too long to convince everyone else of his beliefs.
- Donald Duck, Della Duck and Huey Duck: A large accomplishment was trying to convince a good portion of an entire family to be good. He sometimes snuck into their house and read bedtime stories heavily focused on morality whenever the TV wasn't focusing on them, influencing their personalities as a result. He unfortunately failed with Louie and Dewey, but at least he doesn't have to bother with Scrooge himself, as Scrooge is infamous for his ego to the point he'll probably never be considered Near Pure Good.
- Miles "Tails" Prower, Amy Rose, Blaze the Cat, and Silver the Hedgehog: He helped Tails become a more admirable by bribing Sega to make him have a major role in beating The End, and promised infinite lives to the other three if they was to become nicer people. While he does hate Sonic, he doesn't feel like he should hate his friends over what Sonic did.
- Miles "Tails" Prower (Sonic X): He scattered the Chaos Emeralds into far-off planets so that taking the Master Emerald to power the Blue Typhoon was his only option, thus making the larceny unable to be corrupting.
- Phil Eggtree: He helped Phil Eggtree in his path of redemption by convincing him to get rid of any factor that had a chance of making him the type of kid he was at the beginning of the series.
- Diz (Cancelled Riddle Transfer Series): Made him reconsider leaving Phil and friends for dead.
- Batgirl (DC Animated Universe): TBA
- Tigress: TBA
- Shifu: TBA
- Kion: After seeing Kion fall into the Near Pure Good status because of the PG Murderer's interference with the Admirability Minimizer, he responded by zapping Kion with the Admirability Maximizer. Notably, he played a larger role in defeating Scar, and the lion was placed back into Pure Good.
- Simba (Disney): Had him subvert all of his corrupting qualities by the series finale of The Lion Guard and pretty shocked that he wasn't approved Pure Good anyways, pointed it out to the Near Pure Good wiki getting him approved PG.
- Oogway: Accidentally made sure the PG Murderer's plagiarism nuke also hit Oogway's PG removal which caused it to be deleted and his PG status restored.
- Carl Fredricksen: TBA
- Raava: Made sure that Raava expressed worry for Wan during their fight with Vaatu as well as showed appreciation towards humanity, thus showing she has moral agency over her actions.
- Yoichi Shigaraki: TBA
- Shoto Todoroki: TBA
- Joy (Inside Out): Showed everyone that she can show other emotions than joy, such as her sadness towards not being able to help Riley as well as anger due to her frustration towards the other emotions complaining in the second movie.
- Sadness (Inside Out): Similarly to Joy, he proved that Sadness also has moral agency due to feeling happiness for Riley as well as fear when Anxiety captured her.
- Quiz: TBA
- Cole: TBA
- Kaito Momota: TBA
- Aaron Mitchell: TBA
- Sakura Ogami: TBA
- Wade Ripple: TBA
- Mothra (Monsterverse): TBD
- Maria Robotnik: He team up with HB Exterminator and briefly took the PE Executioner's Coincidental Bullshit to bring Maria back and make her a confident little thing to raise her to Pure Good.
- Asuna Yuuki: Was pissed of PG Murder removed Yuuki's PG status so he had made Asuna shed her corruptions to spite him back.
- Bandana Waddle Dee: He took a page out of The NPE Killer's playbook and eliminated Bandana Waddle Dee's resources so that he could not be compared to the likes of the other three more admirable main characters, boosting him to Pure Good.
- Spider-Man (Webbverse): TBA
- Sailor Moon (Manga & Crystal): Pointed out she has less jerkish and envious moments than her 90's Anime and manages to subvert them all in time by the end of the series where he considered this is second greatest achievement after Maria Robotnik. Though he failed to get her 90's Anime version to subvert her corruptions however (See "Failed Victims" below).
- Hayato Kawajiri: TBA
- Kaworu Nagisa: TBA
- Barney Calhoun: He pointed out Barney's lack of resources compared to Gordon and Shephard, even going the extra mile by ensuring Barney never gets on the G-Man's radar.
Near Pure Good to Inconsistently Admirable[]
- Nagito Komaeda and Kokichi Oma: Turns out a certain user had also been misbehaving on the heroic moral scale and made a proposal with invalid votes. Enraged that they were approved by unfair means by having their preventions glossed over, he investigated and found that the proposer used a sockpuppet account to get them approved, resulting in their approvals being invalidated, along with the user being indirectly demoted from the Hero Fanon Wiki.
- Zoidberg: He reminded the world about how Zoidberg almost doomed them all, and showed his horrible resume from working as a doctor.
- Abraham Simpson: He was so appalled by how Abraham treats his family, that he made a documentary about all the horrible things he did to Homer and occasionally the rest of Homer's family.
- Supergirl (DC Super Hero Girls): Did some work with police departments, and determined she was a cold-blooded murderer. He also convinced everyone to not allow homicidal murderers as Near Pure Goods, which eventually led to her being re-ranked to the IA ranking.
- Alphys: He accidentally found out about how Alphys turned monsters into amalgamates when he needed to use the "restroom". He was appalled by how they were suffering and that Alphys told nobody about it, so he left a note saying that he knows what Alphys did to try to pressure her into admitting everything, but she just threw it away. However, events eventually did lead to Frisk finding out about how she left them there just to avoid consequences, so he figured the job was done.
- Wonder Woman (DCEU): He really hates rapists, so he did an all out attack on the wiki until they eventually admitted rapists are nowhere close to being pure.
- Murray (Sly Cooper): Was removed due to getting a video tape of him sadistly feeding the miners to a giant crocodile not in self defence.
- Bentley (Sly Cooper): Manged to find out when rewatching the mission where Murray fed the miners to a crocodile that Bentley was who has Murray do so which made him expose it to the community getting Bentley cut.
- Sly Cooper: Got access to his criminal record, which he used to show that although he usually does follow his family's moral code to only steal from thieves, he is more than willing to make some exceptions. He also pointed out that said moral code is flawed in the first place due to the fact that thieves get their stuff from innocents, so he's technically stealing from innocents whenever he steals from thieves.
- Evan Wright: He at first tried getting Evan Wright to not be as lethal, but due to being heavily influenced by the player, he wasn't able to, so he resorted to pointing out how he was too lethal and how he is too heavily influenced by the player to be Near Pure Good.
- Endie, Skellington, and Spider: Initially, he thought that they could be Pure Good. But the proposal was rejected due to them failing to the Stick Gang. He later pointed out that they, like the rest of Herobrine’s students, went back to attending monster school, which is a corrupting quality since they can’t be on-and-off, along with training to be assassins.
- Mt. Lady, Midnight, and Mirko (MHA) - Made them naughty, flirty, perverted, egotistic, and/or violent with enough corrupting qualities to be not minor disqualifications to be NPG and thus rest is history.
- Jimmy Hopkins: TBA
- Ludociel: Had his proposal nuked which he forgot for whatever reason he did here and had an user proposed him IA due to not making up enough to nullify his acts.
- Albus Dumbledore: Made it so that his actions, while indeed For the Greater Good, are too morally dubious for him to even count for NPG, such as leaving Harry to the Dursleys, grooming him to have him die earlier on rather than in The Deathly Hallows for him basically being a Horcrux, and intentionally withholding crucial information from his allies.
Near Pure Good to Heroic Benchmark[]
- Toriel: He pointed out how despite Toriel seeming good at first, she turns out to be far worse than we expect with several very corrupting factors, and also pointed out how Toriel never did that much as a hero anyway, and that even if she did, she failed the admirable standards (something he hardly knows about, but at least knows saving a kid is nothing compared to saving the world).
- Viper: Since Viper didn't have any corrupting factors to begin with, he was confused as to what to do for a while. However, he eventually figured out a way to get her removed from NPG by pointing out how she only assisted heroes, and that the few things she did herself are bog standard.
- Adeleine: Was pretty mad about her being approved so he pointed out how pretty much most of heroism is merely supporting Kirby and failing the AS hard to the K64 Waddle Dee who had a much bigger role in stopping 02 as a whole.
- Red and Leaf (Pokémon): TBA
- Geno: TBA
- Sonia Nevermind: Wrote tie-in works to have people save all of humanity with fewer resources than her more than once, on top of her already failing admirably, causing her to simply not do enough to stand out compared to the series's heavier hitters.
- Wade Wipple: Co-directed Sonic the Hedgehog 3 to increase the Admirable Standards with the Admirable Standards Maximizer to make him fail to Tom and Maddie.
Near Pure Good to None[]
- Miles Edgeworth: TBA
- Lily Loud: Showed her a bunch of YouTube content farm videos back when her mentality was still taking shape, causing her to become too violent and jerkish for the status.
- Blue, Red and Green (AvA Fundraisers): Hid all the stakes of the environment not being helped causing them all to be bog-standard.
Fanon Works[]
Near Pure Good to Pure Good[]
- Samuel Turfblu: Used his annoying thoughts to convince Samuel to stop being a overreacter and stop taunting his foes unless they are Scarlet Spiker and after still being NPG despite subverting his corrupting qualities, blackmailed Crystallic into revisiting Inkopolis Chaos to realize Samuel subverted all of his preventions getting him approve PG.
Near Pure Good to None[]
- Katsuki Bakugo (Tabbykitth’s Tabbyverse): After one failed removal of him, he pointed out how his most admirable action (saving the multiverse) was done by so many characters in the work Bakugo couldn't come even remotely close to standing out.
- Normalman (The Adventures of Normalman): Found his work which turned out to be a wiki page with nothing but a list of heroic actions, causing him to get disqualified for Badge of Honor treatment.
- All Bradley Hauer's Lore Near Pure Goods: Pointed out how not only did they all fail the admirable stands to 113 characters (including the creator avatar himself in the "work"), the work didn't even exist being made purely to get characters approved on Moral Scalling Wikis resulting in Waternoose and Meen getting a successful removal, and Dan Blackside's page getting deleted with no removal as the NPG Admins decided to do so.
- Vampire Shadow (Tabbykitth’s Tabbyverse): After one failed attempt to get him removed, in the second one, he tried to point out how due to only being a supporter, Vampire Shadow was generic compared to Tails Nine who saved the entire multiverse. However, someone said that he in the end, ultimately did not fail the Admirable Stands to Nine hard enough for NPG which caused the removal to be rejected. He was later purged under Tabbykitth's request.
Failed Victims[]
Official Works[]
- Boog, Sid, Nicholas St. North, Edd, Leia Organa, Kim Possible, and Finn Mertens: They were victims of the infamous plagiarism nuke incident, causing their pages to be deleted. However, these victims eventually were resurrected by a group of heroes, raised by The Killer Slaughterer, who were dedicated to fixing what went wrong, causing plagiarism to be removed and their return to be allowed.
- Sonic the Hedgehog: His worst enemy and the reason he wishes to defame any Near Pure Good heroes who cannot be convinced to get rid of their corrupting factors. This isn't helped by the fact Sonic represents them all as the wiki logo. First, he made sure Sonic was hit by the plagiarism nuke. However, Sonic would be brought back as expected. This caused him to decide to let Dr. Robotnik wreak havoc onto Sonic's proposal by having badniks replace everything with information stolen from other places, once again leading to Sonic's page deletion. The community at this rate had enough of this guy, so they sent the chosen one to make sure the next proposal was made by the same material the absolutely safe capsule is made of, meaning that his page was now completely immune to any forms of corruption. This had made him so mad, that he went to a nearby hospital due to a heart attack from the sheer rage.
- Harry Potter: Seen some of his actions as villainous (like using the Cruciatus Curse), but forgot to account the circumstances behind said actions.
- Alador Blight: Tried to cut his resources to be lower than of Amity's so he could pass the AS, but it didn't work as Alador only got simaler resources.
- Dipper Pines: He tried making him look like an anti-hero by trying to maximize his mean side as much as possible. However, he didn't fully succeed, causing this plan to not go as anticipated.
- Bob (Despicable Me): He pointed out how Bob, alongside any other minion, could not possibly qualify for the status due to the fact it's too ambiguous as to whether they moved on from villainy, and that he had other corrupting factors as well. Furthermore, rumors spread that Bob didn't do as much as Kevin in terms of heroics, causing Bob to fall to Heroic Benchmark instead of Inconsistently Admirable. However one day, a random user pointed out the removal for Bob had false and non canon information along with minor preventions being used solely to get him removed in it which caused it to be deleted and Bob's Near Pure Good status be restored. Legends say he put Bob's remover in a FWTD for payback for adding false and non canon info.
- Banjo: He manages to get a screenshot of Banjo killing an "innocent" ice cube, which, although initially not considered too much, later appalled the community to the point they launched him out by throwing him into another world. However, at one point a user pointed out he did that only to save a Jinjo who was trapped inside it and couldn't even move. Not to mention optionally Banjo can not kill her at all as Kazooie can do so instead, which finally caused Banjo to be re-approved NPG. Legends say he brainwashed Emperor Vintage into locating the user who got Banjo re-approved and shoot him to death.
- Goku: It took a long time considering how Goku started, but he slowly manages to mold Goku into becoming the pure of heart hero the show portrays him as by orchestrating events in Goku's life behind the scenes with his reality warping. However, The PG Murder had him hit with the his-made plagiarism nuke causing him to get removed due to plagiarism. Which made The NPG Slayer hate him even more than before, as he had used the concept of a plagiarism nuke against him despite him being responsible for the concept of one. The NPG Slayer tried again by trying to convince everyone how Goku is incompetent with lots of mistakes under his belt as well as a jerk, but failed as it was pointed out that Goku showed remorse for many of these moments with him actively trying to make it up to them as well as said jerk moments being less severe than that the NPG Slayer insinuated.
- Lapis Lazuli (Steven Universe): TBA
- Pacifica Northwest: He tried to claim that she subverted her jerkish moments following the time skip, but failed since there’s no implication that this happened.
- Mufasa: For a long time, the Slayer convinced everyone that Mufasa failed the standards to Simba and Rafiki (the latter who himself is in the Void), until someone pointed out that without Mufasa's intervention and encouragement as a spirit, Simba would never have gone to the Pridelands to confront Scar and save it.
- Susan/Ginormica: Unable to justify her for her treatment for Derek when he broke up with her even though he was terrible to her. Even when trying to have him appear in Monsters vs. Aliens TV show to make him break into Area 50 something to make him look worse to justify her humiliating him didn’t work.
- Sailor Moon (90's Anime) - Though he managed to get her Manga & Crystal versions to subvert her corruptions to be Pure Good, he wasn't able to do it for her 90's Anime counterpart however.
- Near Pure Goods who are Inconsistently Heinous: He hates the Inconsistently Heinous Wiki as well as the Inconsistently Heinous status for the fact it means characters can be Near Pure Good and even Pure Good, even in spite of committing horrible atrocities whether Redeemed Villains or Non-Villains as long they can make up enough for it.
- Rimuru Tempest - He thought That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime series heroic characters were too gray zone or have too many preventions to even an NPG and would be on the disallowed list making him completely not pay attention to the series until he realize that he forgot the main character himself lacks many corruptions them and tried to make him destroying Falmuth's Army make him too lethal since it mass murder is not allowed like he did with Supergirl until he realized other non-lethal alternative options were completely off the table with valid reasons similar to Fox McCloud or Fa Mulan due to the situation without relying on fridge logic to disprove it and was pointed out Rimuru basically prevented an act of attempted genocide on innocents while reviving those the soldiers killed and felt remorse for resorting to it. He was pissed off that fridge-logic being invalid for arguments worked both ways which basically saved Rimuru from being disqualified because of it. He is trying to look into the Light Novels to see if he got more preventions or less after the Anime left off. However to his shock Rimuru's Light Novel counterpart got approved due to his enemies being too ruthless and relentless for any lethality to be avoidable to his frustration.
- Invincible (Comics): TBA
- Rhinox (Japanese version): While the USA version didn't show and make up for his actions failed to anticipate his Japanese version that did what his American version didn't and can't bump him up to PG due to slightly failing and temporally time as a Villain making him prone to corruption.
- Akame (Akame Ga Kill!): He would to say she was too lethal for trying to kill Tatsumi for being oblivious on Aria but however many pointed she subverted this later on by saving him many times when they became friends, not to mention she was unaware he was oblivious about who Aria really is. It was also pointed out attempting to kill one innocent person isn't too corrupting for NPG and would've need to be repeated to be the case. This frustrated him because of it.
Fanon Works[]
- Asuka Langley Sohryu (Haddad062): Didn't think a possible Fanon version of her exist that can qualify.
Allies[]
- None yet
Neutral[]
- The IA Huntress - TBD
- The HB Exterminator - Father and daugther. Though they do got annoyed when NPG to HB or vise-versa promotion/demotion is involved. They do care for each other and teamed up to get Maria Robotnik PG.
Enemies[]
- Emperor Shen - Hates him for killing NPGs.
- Sonic the Hedgehog - Hate him for being NPG for that long.
- The PG Murderer - TBD.

Trivia[]
- His design was made with the TF2 Loadout.
- The NPG Slayer has heard of Love Exalted characters, but doesn't care enough to research them.
- He hates the Inconsistently Heinous Wiki as well as the Inconsistently Heinous status for the fact it means characters can be Near Pure Good and even Pure Good, even in spite of committing horrible atrocities. However, given that there's already a moral status killer for that status, he figures it's not worth his time to bother trying to destroy it.
- Despite this though, he was outraged when non-villainous inconsistently heinous heroes were removed en masse from there due to the fact it meant there was now nothing to record their horrible atrocities with, meaning their bad deeds were just swept under the rug as long as they're NPG or PG, something he generally dislikes as he feels it disregards the suffering of the victims. This caused him to see a side of the Inconsistently Heinous status he didn't see before, and as a result caused him to appreciate it a bit more. Though he was relieved when Mega Jack Horner manage to get non-villains unbanned.
- He does have an actual appearance, but doesn't want to reveal it online due to fearing being identified, which would get him tons of hate in the real world for his actions involving demoting Near Pure Goods.
- It was going downhill cause someone leaked his face online. It was revealed that Emperor Shen is the one that leaked his face online but thankfully he wore an mask.
- He is glad when works make it obvious they're not meant to have Near Pure Goods like Grand Theft Auto, but hates when it isn't blatantly obvious, as it means he not only has to get the character removed, but the entire franchise banned.
- He has a minimal understanding of how admirable standards and fridge brilliance work, and no understanding of how pure innocence works at all.
- He is the only moral scaling killer who has a personal grudge against two characters he is trying to remove from a moral status due to his hatred for Sonic the Hedgehog. However he has also gained a hatred for Rimuru Tempest in addiction when he shown up.
- He often quotes "I hate that hedgehog!" that Eggman has said in some of the older cartoons, because he feels it accurately shows how he feels about Sonic as well.
- He gained a hatred for Rimuru Tempest since he believe he is too lethal but only reason he isn't due to the fact most of it was justified since many innocents would've died and his enemies being far too ruthless and relentless for less lethal options only reason it isn't too lethal which annoys NPG Slayer.
- He considers Mega Jack Horner to be pathetic, considering him to be a brat and being confused as to why anyone would actively enjoy being evil. Though despite this, he never does anything to him due to the fact he thinks he suffers enough due to constantly being mad and bratty.
- Though he end up being horrified that Jack unintentionally caused of chain of events that lead to Emperor Shen starting to kill NPGs in brutal ways that even he finds it disturbing.
- He doesn't know The Killer Slaughterer exists, but chances are he'd see them as both an arch enemy and a blessing as although they foiled several plans of his, he also gets in the way of other moral status killers and sometimes indirectly brings heroes away from the NPG status when he goes against other moral status killers.
