The original Life Fiber, also known as the primordial Life Fiber or as its human body Nui Harime, is the main antagonist of the Kill la Kill Inner Torture fanfic.
Although the canon version shows no personality, this version (because also confirmed to be Nui Harime) is extremely sadistic who can do anything to get it goals.

Background[]
The history makes it clear that for centuries possibly millenia going through planets manipulating beings with power to spread the life fibers across the planet, before consuming its life and then consuming the planet itself, causing it to explode to spread the Life Fibers across the the universe.
A part of the Original Life Fiber fell to earth and lay dormant until it woke up and drew Ragyo Kiryuin and her husband Soichiro Kiryuin to her. When Ragyo found him, the threads tied her up for minutes before getting Soichiro's help. Although it only took a few minutes, it was enough to close a grip on her body while her consciousness was awake feeling everything that was happening.
Having access to the wealth of REVOCS and the resources of a scientist, he began experimenting on Ragyo's two daughters, trying to fuse their DNA with that of the Life Fibers. But both experiments were deemed failures, discarding the newest without even bothering to name it. It began raising Satsuki to be Ragyo's successor, sexually abusing her whenever Ragyo's conscience did something he didn't like. Using other life fibers created a body for itself and to be the Grand Conturier of REVOCS, named Nui Harime.
It found Soichiro Kiryuin, who changed his name to Isshin Matoi, and went to personally kill him for betraying the Life Fibers and in order to achieve whatever he was developing, Nui believed they were the scissor blades, made to specifically cut life fibers. but did not know that the true creation was Senketsu who was imbued with the DNA of Ryuko Matoi, who was secretly Ragyo's discarded youngest daughter.
