The Puppet is the secondary antagonist of Five Nights at Fuckboy's video game trilogy. He is a puppet animatronic who possesses great power and terrorizes the inhabitants of Freddy Fuckboy's Pizza and the related establishments with his tickle fingers.

He is often found under the employment of Balloon Boy, serving as his top enforcer, but in his appearance in the third game, he appears to have a change of heart, instead opposing him and his newest enforcer, Springtrap, both in his Phantom and Past forms.

Appearance[]

The Puppet is identical to his canon counterpart appearance-wise, being a black, slender puppet animatronic with white mask, purple tears, red cheeks and lipstick, and glowing white pupils, but is often found having an extremely higher-contrast palette (replaced with heavy red tint in the Complete Collection). In the second game and third game (as Past Puppet), he is visually indistinguishable from his canon counterpart. As Phantom Puppet, he is completely identical to canon Phantom Puppet, having a green tint and charred appearance.

Personality[]

Little is known of the Puppet's personality, other than it is known to enjoy terrorizing Freddy Fuckboy's Pizza's inhabitants with his tickle fingers. He shows little hesitation when taking Balloon Boy's offer to join him in ruling the world and brainwashing the Toys to stage the downfall of Fazbear Entertainment, implying that he is very willing to follow B.B.'s orders if that means he'll get to continue terrorizing the inhabitants of the pizzeria. However, in the third game, he betrays B.B. and seeks to prevent his enforcer Springtrap from reaching the office, implying that he had a change of heart and doesn't want B.B. to succeed in his plans anymore. Despite this, in the Complete Collection's version of Act 3, he is found under the employment of B.B. once again, trying to prevent Freddy from reaching the generator of the future, but later joins Freddy's side when promised that he'll be allowed to continue terrorizing the inhabitants of his pizzeria, with Freddy himself as the sole exception. All of this gives the image that the Puppet is merely a chaotic being who's willing to serve anyone who will offer him a chance to terrorize people and manage to establish themselves as his superiors.

Biography[]

Five Nights at Fuckboy's[]

The Puppet first appears when Freddy Fuckboy destroys two (seven in Complete Collection) cameras during his quest to have a night of debauchery. After that, he notices the timer and realizes that the Puppet has arrived, thus forcing him to continuously reset a timer to prevent his attack (except in Complete Collection, where the timer is unresettable). Eventually, the Puppet attacks him, forcing Freddy and co. to fend off its attack. After defeat, it disappeared, with the narration questioning whether its presence has truly faded away or did it go somewhere else. In Complete Collection, however, the Puppet returns in the more powerful form, known as the Marionette, which can be fought any time Freddy desires.

After its defeat and destruction of Toy animatronics, after Freddy and co. defeat Golden Freddy, Balloon Boy reveals in rage that he found the Puppet and used its dark magic to revive and brainwash the Toy animatronics into doing his bidding so that he would kill Freddy and co. before trying to kill them himself.

Five Nights at Fuckboy's 2[]

The Puppet appears when Toy Freddy destroys two (six in Complete Collection) cameras. Much like in the first game, Toy Freddy has to continuously reset the Puppet's timer to prevent his attack (with the timer still being unresettable in Complete Collection). The timer eventually runs out, and the Puppet attacks, forcing Toy Freddy and co. to fight back against him. However, once they defeat him, the Puppet returns into his music box and turns into the Second Puppet, restarting the timer and continuing to menace Toy Freddy and his allies (but in Complete Collection, there is no timer, as its fight is now optional, except in Proud Mode, where it will attack in two hours). Eventually, they manage to defeat the Second Puppet, thus putting an end to his threat for good.

In the Save-Import Scenario, it's revealed that Balloon Boy has time-travelled into the past to recruit the Puppet and convince him to help him revive and brainwash the toys, taking him with himself into the 90's, where he put his plans into motion.

Five Nights at Fuckboy's 3[]

Act 1[]

The Puppet appears to oppose Springtrap as Phantom Puppet in Act 1 once he defeats two (three in Complete Collection) Phantom animatronics. Much like in two previous games, Springtrap has to reset his timer to prevent him from attacking him (in Complete Collection, the timer can only be reset once; in all subsequent attempts, he will not let Springtrap perform a reset). Eventually, the Phantom Puppet attacks Springtrap, but he manages to defeat him. Unfortunately, the Puppet is still present and returns as the Past Puppet, continuing to menace Springtrap, but he still succeeds at defeating him.

If Springtrap didn't defeat the Puppet before destroying the Vent Security System (Ennard in Complete Collection) and unlocking the office, then he will appear during Springtrap's dramatic walk to the office, where he charges at him in an attempt to stop him, but is destroyed in a single punch.

Act 3[]

The Puppet appears only in the Complete Collection's version of Act 3, on the penultimate floor of the tower. Prior to his fight, sentient masks done in his likeness are fought as the bosses on three floors that precede his floor, guarding the buttons that unlock the doors to the top. When Freddy finally confronts the Puppet, he voices his frustrations at the Puppet continuously terrorizing him, but states that he sympathizes with his desires to terrorize other residents of pizzeria. After that, Freddy challenges the Puppet in the final battle and defeats him. After defeat, Freddy agrees to forgive the Puppet's past transgressions in exchange of allowingh him to terrorize other residents of Freddy Fuckboy's Pizza, with Freddy himself as the sole exception, and the Puppet joins Freddy's group in their quest to sabotage Balloon Boy's plans.

The Puppet is voiced by Ivona text-to-speech program with Welsh Germain voice, with "O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O" inputted as text prompt.
In Five Nights at Fuckboy's 3, there exist unused files for the third Puppet fight, including an unused "Future Puppet" battle sprite, the enemy data, script leftovers, and voicelines of Springtrap complaining about a third Puppet appearing. However, in the final game, only the first two Puppets can be fought.
- The Future Puppet was made fightable in the patch, in the Act 0. It can be encountered once Toy Freddy defeats all Sigils in battles after finishing dating them all. Its only attack is to "crave release from the paradoxical nature of its mere existence", which heavily damages itself, thus rendering the battle unlosable.
Despite the usage of such terms as "the Second Puppet", none of the Puppets are acknowledged as separate characters, instead being treated as one single individual. Instead, the "Second Puppets" are treated more as rematches. This is further evidenced by the fact that Balloon Boy treats both the first and second Puppets as if they were the same enforcer of his in the second game's B.B. Scenario in the Complete Collection.
