The Teller, also known as Brain Blaster and going by his alter-ego, Mr. Dark, is the main antagonist of Rayman Goes Bowling 2.
He is a sentient cube who was created by Michae, Ancel to be loved and became the main character of his titular game, Brain Blaster, but was eclipsed by Rayman for becoming more loved by the creator which overshadowed him and having him abandoned. Seeking revenge, he goes under his villainous alter-ego, Mr. Dark, to defeat Rayman.

The Teller was created by Michael Ancel five years before the events of the first Rayman game and was given a game of his own, Brain Blaster, However, when Rayman was created and earned more love than him, this resulted in the Teller to be abandoned and left to be forgottened. Seeking revenge on Rayman for overshadowing him and to reclaim his spotlight, the Teller comes into his first game and becomes the villain, Mr. Dark, by stealing the Great Protoon, capturing some of the Electoons and defeated Betilda when she tried to stop him. With the Dark Alignment under his command, Mr. Dark had the nightmares spread through the Glade of Dreams and capture many Electoons they could find.
Rayman eventually stepped in to intervene as he travels through the Glade defeating the Dark Alignment, rescuing the Electoons and eventually won the battle against Mr, Dark before reclaiming the Great Protoon to restore balance. Despite his failure, Mr, Dark plans his next revenge to come to fruition for the next twenty-five years.
Rayman Bowling 2[]
Twenty-five years after the events of the first Rayman, Mr. Dark returns with assistance from both Razorbeard and André working alongside him to seek revenge on Rayman for foiling theur plans and defeating them. Knowing that there was no turning back, Rayman relectuantly chooses to fight on his him in bowling as he battles against the bowling pins in servitude to Mr. Dark and eventually fights and defeats both André and Razorbeard.
Once Rayman reaches the last world and fights the bowling pins, Mr. Dark arrives to fight Rayman by shooting fireballs at him while summon balls to aim and shoot at him. Once Mr. Dark takes much damage, Rayman asked for the reason to wait twenty-five years and Mr, Dark responds that it should have all been about him and told him that he tried to defeat him but Ancel made him much stronger much to Rayman's confusing. Rayman asked who he really was and the Teller ultimately reveals his true identity and motivesmto Rayman before taunting him for being abandoned as he battles Rayman by summong balls, shooting out missiles and summoning bowling pins to aid him. He was then defeated as he told Rayman that all he ever wanted was to be loved again and granted to be loved again then tells him to finish him off. Rayman refuses telling them they are in the same path that despite being seemingly abandoned, he still has friends and the community and tells that they may wait together. With a change of heart, he asked if he really mean that and Rayman assured that he does mean it, Once the two now became friends, Rayman wishes to introduce the Teller to the rest of his friends.
