The Trolls are the titular main antagonists of Tails Gets Trolled. They are lead by the Troll King. They insult and pull harsh pranks on the others in order to cause misery and despair. Some trolls are also shown to be depraved necrophiles.
Despite of the name and usually being considered a species in the series, most of the trolls are based on internet trolls. As such, they are usually humans. Any species can also be trolls. Their leader Troll King however, is a literal troll, hence the namesake. Shadow and Kermit were also former members.
Biography[]
According to the Troll King, despite the name of the act, trolling was started by human and was called "being a dick" during that time. It was only called trolling after he and his minions took over a city.
Back in the Middle Ages, the Troll King was mocked by the citizen for not being a human. He hid under the bridge but was still found by them. He retaliated by insulting them back. As time goes by, the Trolling King got better insulting skill that allow him to troll anyone he could for their unforgiving attitude, and starting to develop a deep hatred towards human beings, so he gathered a group of people that are worthy to join him. He later found his wife in a village with a group of women because women are also badly treated during ancient time, and have a son, who's now the Troll Face.
Appearances[]
Because any species can be trolls, they don't have consistent appearances. Most of them appeared human-like since most trolls are actual humans. Probably due to the comic's poor artstyle, the lesser trolls are usually very ugly and monstrous in appearance. Higher ranking trolls, while still look monstrous, have less deformed looking.
Effect of the trolling[]
Most trolled victims are usually shown crying or getting enraged when they are trolled, depending on what type of personality they have. Some people doesn't mind about the trolling such as Teemo, while those who got enraged might have a violent thought about revenging them.
Countermeasures[]
Much like in real life, there's no real way to effectively counter trolling, or stop the trolls from trolling people with peaceful ways. Trying to reason with them only make things worse. Murdering and torturing seems to be the best and the most common way to deal the trolls, as they cannot troll people if they are dead. However, lethal methods are the main reason the whole troll war had started. Stronger trolls are also capable attack or even kill normal people so said option does not always work and can be extremely risky, even fatal. Other characters have their own way to stop the trolls or prevent themselves from being trolled, like accepting the insults and dressing up like a gay.
Deaf people have their advantage to counter the trolls since they are immune to trolling due to not being able to hear insults. However this is also a double-edged sword because they cannot hear their allies' warning as they cannot prevent physical harm from the trolls. Rob, the Guy with No Ears is the example of this.

- As stated above, majority of the troll members are humans. This is fitting. as the act of trolling was started by humans.
- According to Shadow, the trolls usually have low intelligence.
