The VB Scout is an character of the Villains Fanon Wiki Chronicles. She is secretly NPE Killer's long lost daughter he never knew who existed.
Personality[]
She believes all villains are heinous and are just hold back by the VB Wiki though if she can’t make them heinous enough then she see them not being villains in the first place. She is aware of her actions making villains more heinous despite their actions and show no remorse if many more die due to her attempting them to be more heinous.
She seeks to win her father’s attention and approval by making villains more heinous by making them do worse acts while removing many preventions as possible.
She can also be perverted to simps teasing them whenever she has time off.

The Benchmark Void was pissed off because of it. She did it to hopefully purge generic villainy. They pragmatically team later to do it again with a second meeting to ban those who also fail the baseline too to add to it.
- Monster X / Keizer Ghidroah (Movie) - She is puzzled why he is still there after she tried to bribe Toho and IDW Publishing to make him appear in it's Godzilla Comics to stand out and not be bog-standard. She manage to get him deleted part of the Purge of Generics 'n Bog-Standards. However she failed to anticipate his comic and other versions.
- Chick Hicks - She raised the baseline standard of Cars too high and created Ripslinger so that way causing crashes and injuring racers doesn't make him standout anymore, as a result his worst act of crashing cars and injuring racers now make him now too bog-standard to qualify.
- The Puppet - She used the De-Evilizier on the Puppet and is completely shocked on how the Puppet became a PG Hero yet still on the VB Wiki. Eventually she got the Puppet's page deleted.

- Biff Tannen - Tried to point out during his failed IH Proposal the heinous standard is very low and rape is a not a common crime while his NPE Future Self had a ton of resources to be unfair to compared, this wasn't enough to convince the voters it wasn't enough to be more than baseline passing.

- Mega Jack Horner - She feels he committed too heinous acts to be VB anymore but IH made it certain to make the Heinous Standard is high. She felt bad for him a bit.

- The IH Killer - Hates him for making heinous standard so high no one can stand out in VFWC and unintentionally allowing Jackson Cyclone to be VB so easily.
- Benchmark Void - Hates it for creating more VBs and making her job harder. She spited the BV by convincing Moral Scaling Judge to ban bog-standard villains on the VB Wiki which upset the BV and threw a massive tantrum.
- Jackson Cyclone - While she has zero beef him with, he do however to her for removing him in the first place. She mad she can't since not only the VFWC's Heinous is so high but he intentionally becomes fail the heinous standard. Though they did work together to get bog-standard Villains and later those who fail the baseline of their works banned on VB Wiki by convincing the Moral Scaling Judge, it was out of pragmatic reasons.
Abilities[]
Since she is NPE Killer's daughter she is half phantom and meaning has similar abilities to him.
- Evilizer: Makes an villain do more heinous acts and/or loose redeeming qualities to not be benchmark anymore.
- De-Evilizer: Makes an villain less evil to make them bog-standard or simple jerks to not even qualify as a villain. Only works on villains with no kills or serious acts of villainly.
- Moral Agency Serum: Gives any villains an moral agency or personality so they can have enough of a personality and a moral agency pass.
- Heinous Standard Minimizer: She stole blueprints of IH Killer's Heinous Standard Maximizer and make a copy of it where she set it to reverse, this make the villain's heinous acts worse or lowers the series Heinous Standard to stand out. It is less likely to work on works with jacked up Heinous Standards.
- Sympathizer: In event she can’t make a villain more heinous she has the Sympathizer to make people feel sympathy for them to stand out. Because of it she only uses it as a last resort.
- Frigitus Horrorous: She stole some from IH Killer to have villains suffer from Fridge-Horror to the point of being relied on Fridge-Horror too much even for an Benchmark.

- She was only wants to make Mega Jack Horner to be IH to spite IH Killer and Benchmark Void not because of out of genuine care, though she did feel a bit bad his omnicidal acts are not enough to reach IH.
- The NPE Killer has no idea she exist yet.
- She is probably the most evil of the scaling killers (aside from maybe PG Murderer) as she tends to make Villains way more evil and Heinous even more so than her father NPE Killer since he only need to remove some minor preventions for his targets while she tried to eliminate many preventions as possible for hers.
