Trivia[]
- The video was up on YouTube for 2 weeks and went viral on the platform, until it was taken down by HIT Entertainment due to copyright. The video itself was then remade into Claycat's The Thing, but the original version (with penguins) has since been put backup on YouTube by Lee himself on his YouTube channel.
- The Thing's director John Carpenter was aware of the claymation short film's existence, and surprisingly like it.
