Tim is the secondary antagonist of Jeffy's Foster Home!. He is Makes Bad Decisions Guy's roommate.
Despite being mute, he was portrayed by Tito Jimenez.
History
Tim briefly appears in the episode greeting Jeffy by scaring him with his chainsaw. After Makes Bad Decisions Guy locks up Jeffy for refusing to eat a severed arm he goes to sleep with Make Bad Decisions Guy. Once Jeffy tries to escape Tim is woken up and attempts to chase after Jeffy and kill him, but Jeffy is able to escape before Tim is able to catch up to him.
Personality
Tim seems to be brutal and bloodthirsty but he is silent and never speaks at all, as opposed to his much more talkative roommate Makes Bad Decisions Guy. Just like his roommate, Tim is a murderous killing maniac who likes murdering and eating people. He is also very close to Make Bad Decisions Guy.
Trivia
- Since he and Makes Bad Decisions Guy sleep together on the couch and he is the only one that lives with Makes Bad Decisions Guy, Tim might be gay.
- Considering Tim is obviously a killer and a cannibal, it is strange Brooklyn T. Guy has not arrested him since he knows exactly where he lives and it is possible that Brooklyn T. Guy is either afraid of him or unaware that his brother, Makes Bad Decisions Guy has a roommate or maybe Tim wasn't an actual killer, but a random person hired by Brooklyn T. Guy to help scare Jeffy straight until he learns his lesson and starts to act nicer.
