Tom Anderson is the titular main antagonist from the 2024 web-movie Creep.
Appearance[]
Tom has pale skin, black hair, blue eyes, and dry lips. He wears a green shirt with "#1 Weeb" written on it, as well as pants and shoes.
Personality[]
He appears to be a nice guy who enjoys hugging people, but when one peels away the surface, a manipulative side emerges. He harbors a desire to harm Sarah and harass others. Despite coming from a tumultuous background marked by neglectful parents and a troubling babysitter, his actions are inexcusable.
Lore[]
Backstory[]
He was born June 22, 2012. Ben, Tom's uncle, babysits him and watches TV shows that are inappropriate for children. This leads to Tom becoming influenced by inappropriate behavior, watching more sunscreen commercials only exacerbating his problems. As a result, he is expelled from his old school due to his harassment towards a teacher and touching her chest. Eventually, he moves to a different school with equally neglectful teachers.
Relationship with Sarah[]
One night, Tom barges into Sarah's house and without her consent begins to cuddle her against her wishes. Despite her attempts to make excuses and assert her boundaries, Tom continues to harass her at school. He uses manipulative tactics like guilt-tripping, blaming his parents' neglect and past bullying. Luckily, Sarah doesn't fall for his excuses, but Tom's friends put pressure on her to apologize to him. Later, a student tries to report the situation, but it's dismissed as if they were just in love. When a teacher tells Tom to look after Sarah, things escalate further, leading to him abusing her in the dark, which caused her to commit suicide, and then soon after Tom gets his comeuppance and karma by losing his friends and teachers no longer trusting him, and then being kidnapped and murdered by Ethan.
Trivia[]
- There is a possibility he is based off of Eric Cartman.
- It is highly implied that Tom takes inspiration from a creep that the creator was friends with at one point, albeit exaggerated. Some shared traits are a heavier-set body, an interest in anime, and behaviors such as pretending to be innocent or neglect to others’ physical and personal boundaries.[1]
- Despite the fact that he used the guilt-tripping card he actually had neglected parents since it was never shown that he didn’t face any consequences and was confirmed by the creator herself.
