“
Ben Hanscom: Beverly told me about you shortly after I married her. It was all out of kindness, something you never seemed to know when you dated her.
Tom Rogan: In your point of view, I would say, but you don't know mine.
„
~ Tom and Ben's conversation before their fateful battle.
“
I would kill you right here and now, as I did with your wife by way of this gun. Those chemicals that are in this tank, I have used before, and I did use them to put Bevvy's child out of the misery it was in.
„
~ Tom Rogan revealing himself as the mastermind behind the respective tragedies of Bill, Ben, and Beverly.
Much like his Old Enemies counterpart, he was once the vice president of Beverly Fashions Inc before the place was presumably shut down after Beverly left. He is the second arch-enemy of The Losers Club.
Death of Audra Phillips and Beverly's miscarriage[]
Tom managed to get inside Bill's house and kill Audra, leaving her corpse to be found by Bill after he left. He later used unknown chemicals to cause Beverly to have a miscarriage.
Enlisting Pumpkin Man, Gassy, and Birdman[]
Later, Tom enlisted the help of 3 people that went by Pumpkin Head, Gassy, and Pumpkin Head to help him in his plan to capture Beverly, where the three would eventually meet up at a chinese restraunt. After Bill raised his fists, he was pushed away by Pumpkin Head, only for him to be struck from behind by Georgie. He tries to kill him, only for Pumpkin Head, Gassy, and Birdman to be pushed away into a nearby store.
Having the poem stolen and death of Ben Hanscom[]
After Beverly was knocked out cold by the butt of Birdman's Remington 700 rifle, the poem was stolen and delivered to him, where it is implied that Tom Rogan put it in the bathroom. After Bill and Ben made quick word of Birdman, Gassy, and Pumpkin Head, Tom walked into the bathroom after Bill hid in the bedroom with the poem in hand. Ben, who was told about Tom engaged in a vicious fight with him, resulting in the former being fatally injured with the latter winning, despite the two having sized one another up over the course of the battle. Tom then managed to get back up, then walked off to the garage.
Incrimination of Richie Tozier[]
Tom, with 2 molotov cocktails he kept in the garage, threw one at his house, and the other at the van, destroying it as it is on fire. After he left, one of the neighbors called the police, giving Richie the blame for the acts of arson. He is then arrested for the crime that Tom actually committed.
Getting a new apartment[]
After getting the money that he wanted, Tom got an apartment at the Lake Point Tower on the 70th floor. He then got his black leather belt, his black Browning Buck Mark pistol, and his tommygun out of the trunk. Then, Tom ordered his 3 goons to stand guard while he gets his arrangements made. After getting the cargo that was the suspendedly animated corpse of Stan Uris, Tom killed the delivery man, James Malkins, who had been his contact for Canadian-American deliveries across the border.
Final battle and death[]
After giving out the signal to Pumpkin Head, Birdman, and Gassy to attack Mike, Beverly, and Georgie, Tom was unknowingly followed to his new apartment room by Bill. After revealing what he did, Tom unleashed Stan Uris, who he brainwashed, onto Bill, resulting in a fight that Bill held back from until he managed to het Stan to see sense after getting him caught up on what had happened since his death. While Beverly, Georgie, and Mike were fighting Pumpkin Head, Gassy, and Birdman, Bill and Stan engaged with Tom in a vicious fight, where Beverly joined in after killing Gassy and destroying Tom's tommygun.
After Beverly aimed at Tom's left sholder, then shot him, she pretended to comply with Tom's wishes, but she rolled up her left pant leg and got out a Smith & Wesson Model 29 pistol that she had kept concealed in case Tom ever showed up. After that, Beverly, Stan, and Bill resumed the fight with Tom Rogan, that got put on pause after Beverly set a C4 for 1 minute, causing it to explode, knocking Tom out cold. However, he survived the explosion, and shot Bill in the right shoulder by Tom Rogan using a CZ-75 pistol he had kept with him. After that, Tom reclaimed his black leather belt, intent on giving Bill a whuppin. However, Beverly, who was armed with a machete, thrust it through Tom's chest, killing him.
Personality[]
Much like his Old Enemies counterpart, Tom Rogan is abusive, which is shown when he gave Beverly whuppins with his leather belt. He is also possessive of women, as shown with Beverly. However, he is much more brutish, and even sends out Birdman, Pumpkin Head, and Gassy to do his dirty work.
