Biography[]
Girl Throws a Party While Grounded[]
The video begins with Tony, Jessica and her younger brother sitting at the table, eating their meal at a restaurant. Suddenly, Jessica gets up from her chair and vomits on the floor, causing the guests to look at her in shock. Tony scolds her for ruining their meal before leaving. In the car, he reprimands her for being rude and grounded her for two weeks despite her apologizing by saying that she wanted Zaxby’s. Tony and Mason wanted to go out to PF Chang’s, but due to her vomiting, she was grounded.
The next day at home, Mason is still unwell with Tony holding him, but he prohibits Jessica from leaving as she is still punished for vomiting. He prohibits her from doing anything whilst he and Mason are at the hospital since they are going to be there all day and if she does something that she isn’t allowed to do, she will be grounded. He then heads out of the house, as Mason tells her to be a good girl.
By the time they come home, it has gotten dark and Jessica has invited Julie, Ana, Sarah, Caroline and Melissa, despite him prohibiting her from doing so. He kicks them out, saying that he will call their parents which results in them running out of the room, screaming.
Afterwards, he punishes Jessica as he will talk with her later. He then starts cleaning the floor, furious about the mess the girls have created and that Jessica went behind his back as he helped Mason get better, those of which will result in being grounded for a month. He goes into her bedroom and throws out her belongings as her punishment, including her bed, forcing her to sleep on the floor. Afterwards, he tells her to go to sleep as the episode ends.

In February 2025, Nico Davila made a fanmade sequel to the video. It takes place at midnight, when Tony was asleep and he had confiscated Jessica's phone as punishment for defying him about throwing a party without permission.
When she accidentally stood on her younger brother's toy, he woke up and asked what the noise was, annoying him as it was twenty minutes after midnight. He was surprised to notice the drawer was open and that Jessica’s mobile phone was missing. He then suspected that she snuck into his bedroom and that she was going to be in trouble.
He then stormed in and reacted furiously. He scolded Jessica for sneaking into his room to get her phone back when she was grounded as she was supposed to be lying on her bedroom floor. He then grounded her for the rest of her life before he beat her up as punishment inflicting bruises on her face. He continued scolding her for vomiting at a Chinese restaurant causing her younger brother to get sick, throwing a party whilst he was at the hospital and sneaking into his bedroom to get her phone back before he called her a bad girl.
His yelling had woken his son up who participated in reprimanding her. He grounded her for the rest of her life refusing to replace her belongings he threw out the window, making her sleep on the floor creating a hole in the window not caring about her getting hot or cold whether there will be rain, snow or wind, and in the winter she would stay in her bedroom for the rest of her life before he gets interrupted by a knock on the door.
Officers Alan and Kopenstein, alongside two CPS workers, enter the room, taking Tony by surprise before he asks how he can help them. He lies to the officers by saying that he found Jessica lying on the floor after she had fallen down the stairs, but she reprimands him for lying before she reveals the real reason. Although, he finds it funny as he says that she was playing around. Officer Alan isn’t convinced by this, as he asks if he abused her. He then lies for a second time, saying that the bruises Jessica sustained were from the fall, before asking why he committed such an abhorrent act to his own daughter.
Jessica warns him to stop lying as she asks how he could inflict serious injuries and lie to their faces as she calls him a selfish and entitled father she ever had. This causes him to lose his temper as he tells her to shut up before he calls her a spoiled princess. He tells her to stop being dramatic as hadn’t she chosen to be rude by ruining their meal out by vomiting and the next day she threw a party behind his back and sneaking into his bedroom whilst she was grounded he wouldn’t abuse her for throwing her belongings out the window and creating a huge hole in the wall, making her sleep on the floor and beating her up. He then says that girls are nothing but troublemakers, leaving the officers and CPS workers horrified and furious. Realizing that he blurted it out loud, he knew he was screwed.
He is then placed in handcuffs by Officer Alan, who is mortified that he would abuse his own daughter by punishing her for a minor mistake like vomiting. He reprimands him for going too far as his actions were insane and neglectful. Officer Kopenstein then says both child abuse and neglect are against the law and it was illegal, resulting in his arrest. The female CPS worker says what he did to Jessica was unacceptable and also criticized him for his attitude towards women, offending her in the process. She then tells him he is an unfit parent and that he will no longer have her in his care. Her colleague informs him that Mason will also be removed too as they will either be placed with family members or go into foster care. He protests that both the police and CPS can’t do this to him and his children as he punished Jessica for a good reason. Officers Alan and Kopenstein have had enough of him as they escort him out of the house in tears.
In a later scene which takes place at the courthouse, the jury has found Tony guilty on all charges. He is sentenced to 45 years in prison and loses legal custody of both Mason and Jessica until the CPS can track down any living relatives or go into foster care, before he is removed by Officers Alan and Kopenstein who act as guards.
He later reappears in a jail cell, crying about being arrested, losing custody of his children and sentenced to 45 years in jail. He continues to blame Jessica and also defends his decision to punish her before he asks who called the police and CPS on him and that Mason is missing him due to his troublemaking daughter, before asking himself how things can get any worse. Afterwards, Officer Alan informs him he has visitors who are going to scold him and that he should be prepared for lots of shouting.
His parents, Edgar and Martha, alongside an injured Jessica who is in a wheelchair wearing a hospital gown, take turns in scolding him. Martha is furious about him lying to his own parents about abusing his own daughter by punishing her for a minor mistake. In his parents eyes they thought he was caring and good, but they were betrayed by him lying to them. He tries to defend himself, explaining the reason why he punished Jessica was because she vomited at a Chinese restaurant, saying that it was rude and that she had ruined their meal.
He threw her belongings out of the window as her punishment for throwing a party when she was grounded and beating her up for getting her mobile phone after she had it confiscated as it would teach her a lesson for misbehaving. Edgar scolds him for coming up with a pathetic excuse, saying that he took it too far for punishing her for a minor mistake. He should have understood that she had a weak stomach and that Chinese food wasn’t good, but he chose not to care. Edgar reprimands him saying if vomiting was rude, then it was rude to ground Jessica for a minor mistake. Due to his abusive behaviour he treated her like garbage. He had also punished for not playing with her younger brother and doing activities with him when she wasn’t interested or too busy which resulted in him being a snitch.
However, the worst thing he did was grounding her for the rest of her life as he threatened to keep her imprisoned in her own bedroom with nothing with a huge hole, which could lead to her developing heatstroke or hypothermia when there is rain, snow and wind. Edgar criticized him for his neglectful behaviour as Jessica could die.
Martha is horrified that she gave birth to a child abuser, treating his daughter worse than anyone else and only caring about Mason, and that he should be ashamed of himself. Jessica finally speaks out, saying she had been treated like rubbish and that her father doesn’t care about her as he punishes her for stupid reasons and that he only cares about Mason, not her. She tells him that he was nothing but the father who abused her. She hated him for what he had done to her and that she was the one who called the police and CPS on him. He is shocked, asking her why she did that as he punished her and that she needed to learn to be a good girl.
Edgar has had enough and, from that day onwards, he was being disowned and that both his belongings and the house will be sold, except for Mason’s belongings, to buy Jessica new belongings to replace the damaged ones. In a last ditch attempt, Tony begs for his parents to change their mind since he doesn’t want to be homeless and that he will have nowhere else to live after he has served his sentence.
He apologizes to both his parents and Jessica as he begs for her to give him a second chance promising to change his ways, but she rejects it saying he isn’t sorry at all saying that he did it on purpose, he never cared for her, hated her and being sexist due to her gender, only caring about Mason and that she refuses to believe his crap. She says will never forgive him for the way he treated her and that she has had enough of him as he can rot in jail and be homeless for all she cares.
Her grandmother says he can cry and beg as much as he wants, but they are not changing their mind. To make matters worse, he has already lost custody of both his children and that they are going to leave him alone in jail. Martha and Jessica then say their final goodbyes before they walk away. Afterwards, Tony sits on the floor sobbing, realizing his life is over as he lost everything, admitting he was a fool and that he has nowhere else to live after he has served his sentence, saying life is truly unfair.
