The Toonville Mafia are major antagonists of the Riggy The Runkey franchise by Danno Cal, serving as recurring antagonists in the Danno Cal Drawings channel and will appear in some capacity in the upcoming Toon Turf prequel webseries.

They are a dangerous crime organization, mainly made up of penguins, notorious for their ruthless tactics, including blackmail, extortion, murder, and assassination of those who oppose them.

They are voiced by Danno Cal himself.

Biography

In one of Riggy's documents, it's shown he has had a run in with the Mafia, it may have been Squeaker's blackmail incident or when he had his run-in with Riggy.

In Squeaker's document, he is shown to be involved with steroids and was seen as the muscle for the gang. This led to Squeaker being blackmailed and eventually getting arrested by the police chief for a fight with Riggy. He was sentenced and his codes were locked away in prison letters. He was of great interest to Lucky.

In "Riggy's SCAR Explained!", Riggy reveals that a penguin (Squeaker) stole his kidney for unknown reasons. It is currently unknown what happened to the Toonville Mafia.

Trivia

• It has been shown in videos that the main people in the group are Squeakers and two unnamed penguins, who are presumably his enforcers.
• Their designs are clearly inspired by the Penguins from Super Mario 64. In fact, their designs first appeared in the short "MARIO Is A KILLER?" and were used for the 64 penguins, before they eventually became their own characters.
