Oh.. Randy is a wanted criminal. Hunting him down will be a good ending for my story. I am desperate John. I will help you if you make sure your friends return to the show we used to have before this mess with Randy. Is this a deal sir?
~ Triple H, out of desperation, makes a deal with John Cena, with plans to double cross him later.

Hunter Helmsley, better known by his stage name Triple H, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside CM Punk) of the 2025 WWE fanfilm Brawl, the first installment of the Brawlverse, attached to the WWE franchise.

He is a retired wrestling star and later a manager in the WWE community who was secretly hired later on by the black market company Wrestleforce Incorporated, with an idea of creating a place in which wrestlers will compete as they will be imprisoned by the staff of the new place, enslaved into competing and wrestling each other, until the winner will be used as a combatant and a tool for an upcoming world war by the US military by force.

Triple H is the second arch-nemesis as well as a temporary situational ally of John Cena and his team, a competing enemy of the more ruthless Randy Orton, the archenemy of the captain of the police in Washington who is Big Show, and a close ally and superior to The Undertaker.

History[]

Triple H was once a famous wrestler, until he became a WWE manager in his past. After Orton went rogue and many of the others vowed to stop him and his wrestler henchmen, led by Orton himself with the assistance of his two right-hand enforcers, CM Punk and JBL, Triple H lost his position in the WWE world of wrestling, becoming angered and forming an alliance against all the other wrestling stars with his current good friend The Undertaker, who went to live in Russia in a haunted mansion in the middle of a snowy village.

One day came, and Triple H was offered a secret job and a high position of management as a chief mercenary for the black market company Wrestleforce Incorporated. He gladly accepted this role, and he was tasked with the mission of gathering all other WWE wrestlers and other people from the wrestling franchise so he can keep them imprisoned at the arena place, force them to fight till the end and enslave them as he would use the winner on the company's behalf as a military "tool", forcing the champion to become a war machine for the good of US civilians and world dominance. He was also going to personally present this to President Donal Trump himself.

While training his own militants to serve him in accordance to the company's scheme, John Cena interrupts accompanied by his allies such as Seth Rollins and Nikki Bella. Triple H was at first furious with John and his team, but when he learnt that Cena needed his help against Orton who is a common enemy, Triple H was glad to temporarily help. Becoming situational allies, Triple H and Cena make a deal for the good of the USA, but they both keep on hating each other, and in secret, Triple H was planning to double cross the heroic team and sell them all out to The Undertaker, who would either enforce Triple H's plans or if the heroes would resist, the Undertaker would claim their souls as a punishment for their disturbance in Triple H's success. Triple H helps the heroes defeat CM Punk and the troops who protected CM Punk and Randy Orton from losing to the heroes. John Cena fought a very tough fight against Punk, but in the end of the fight, John won by kicking his head, killing Punk. Triple H in the meanwhile lores AJ Lee and Seth Rollins, two of the heroic allies of Cena, to the Undertaker's mansion. The Undertaker, as part of his deal with H, gives him a pirate ship so he can escape and return to the US. Triple H manages to escape after handing both AJ and Seth to the Undertaker, who was going to consume their souls. The Undertaker is luckily killed by the heroes. Triple H presents his plans in an affable manner to President Trump, who approves it. H however is confronted by the police, as their captain and the long time enemy of Triple H who is no other than Big Show, who is now incharge of the police station, personally goes to get rid of H before his plans became a success. Triple H and Big Show had a rough battle, and Triple H was defeated by Ryback, who killed him with a single punch.

Personality[]

Triple H, despite his situational, yet truly fake, alliance with John Cena and the good guys, was a ruthless person who was willing to do anything, including double crossing Cena and his allies and personally endangering AJ Lee and Seth Rollins when they started trusting him, in order to complete his scheme and save himself and his own position as a WWE manager. He did everything he could so he can enslave and imprison all other wrestlers and get both rich and powerful by selling the winner of their planned competition to the US military forces as a tool for winning a possible war.

Triple H hated Cena despite situationally cooperating with his plans, just before revealing he was actually going to double cross him when it fitted the situation. He does have genuine respect to some people despite his ambitions. He did hold respect for Cena to a degree, willing to help him in temporary issues despite having his own plans. He helped John despite this help being a setback for his own evil plans. Also, he was genuinely disgusted by Orton, and he truly treated the Undertaker as an equal, good friend. While evil and destructive, Triple H has morals and honorable points, making him less bad than Randy Orton, who was his rival for world dominance.

Trivia[]

  • This is the second movie version of Triple H, after his appearance in the Scooby Doo special feature.
    • Furthermore, this is Triple H's first cinematic appearance and his first appearance in an epic fanfilm.
  • Despite Triple H being a major villain, he can also be considered as a protagonist in this fanfilm in many ways, despite his betrayal. He did do some good by helping the heroes defeat Orton, but due to double crossing them, this is a small reason to call him a true hero in the story.
