Tsar Anti-Reaper (born Sergei Romanov) formerly Captain Electron and Tsar Positron is one of the main antagonists of the Team Teen crossover series, serving as the main antagonist of the Team Teen: Counterproductive series, Universal End series, and Anti-Retribution short film, and one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside Aku) of the Team Teen: Aku War series.
He is an alternate incarnation of Tsar Positron born into a world where Tsar Positron killed off Edna Mode and Winston Deavor when their usefulness as monsters ran out during the final battle between him and the Incredibles kids. He is the leader of the Tsar's Occult, who assist him in his quest to destroy the multiverse and rebuild it in what he visions. This goal prompts Tsar Anti-Reaper to annihilate anything he stumbles across, including destroying Earths that were infected with Aku's essence or not, eventually becoming enemies of Team Teen and Aku, who forced them to partner up during the Counterproductive series.
He is the arch-nemesis of Team Teen, especially the five main members, (Kim Possible, Danny Phantom, Jake Long, Jenny Wakeman, and Ben Tennyson), Aku and his minions, the Plumbers, and the prime Incredibles kids.
Origin[]
Tsar Anti-Reaper had the same origin story as his prime counterpart. The main difference was in the final battle at New Urbem. When Edna and Winston were getting beat, Tsar Positron skipped Master Slavic and charged toward the two before snapping their necks and absorbing their power. He discovered he was getting exhausted, and used his last bit of energy in an antimatter explosion that killed all life on Earth except the three Incredibles kids, saved by Invisishield's forcefield, though they were greatly injured. He then kills the three and absorbed their powers, heading out of his destroyed Earth and into the multiverse.
He is first known by Team Teen when the main five were meeting about the Aku virus disintegrating when Wade detected an anomaly. He zooms to find Tsar Anti-Reaper ripping into the rift, releasing various Marvel and DC villains. Tsar Anti-Reaper then destroys an Aku-infected Earth, which they came to the conclusion he was a bigger threat.

Powers & Abilities[]
Before his antimatter form, he retained his nuclear powers as Tsar Positron. After destroying his Earth, he absorbed the energies of all who were left, the Incredibles children. Because he absorbed the energy of all on his earth, he gained immortality at the cost of the other powers he absorbed. However, he absorbed the powers of the Incredibles children recently, keeping them. His antimatter powers were also kept, but his original nuclear powers were removed in the antimatter blast he created.
When discovered by Team Teen, his antimatter powers could allow him to rip through rifts of the universe and release other dimensional entities that would otherwise travel to his universe. He also has the power to destroy other earths and universes with his antimatter. Another perk is that he doesn't get infected with Aku's essence as the latter is made of matter. In addition, Tsar Anti-Reaper already has the powers that Aku's essence grants, minus the shapeshifting. The time travel is limited to the speed he uses that he absorbed from Dash. He can also fuse with things that can grant him more power, such as with Kim Possible and whatever remained of his superweapon.
