Harvey Dent, later in life known as the crime lord Two-Face, is a major antagonist of the DC Fanfilm Universe, originating from the Nolanverse movie The Dark Knight as the secondary antagonist. He makes his appearance as the main antagonist of the 2021 DC-based fanfilm/presentation The Batman.
He is a ruthless mob boss and crime lord who used to live in another universe (which happens to be The Nolanverse of Batman) and since the day he died, the powers of the hero crystal revived him and after that, Two-Face formed The Legion of Horribles and planned on tosing a black and yellow coin so that if it shows it's yellow side, he would use the crystal to destroy all of the universes, and thus he shall end the existence and get his revenge on Batman.
He is portrayed by his original actor Aaron Eckhart.
History in the DC fanfilms[]
Once upon a time Harvey was the white knight of Gotham from his universe, and he used to save people from criminal threats. However, after the events of The Dark Knight which have included his death, the power of the hero crystal revives him and he gathers up with other villains as he forms The Legion of Horribels. Therefore, such villains as The Penguin, Mr. Freeze, Harley Quinn and Bane work for him.
He plans with his crew to destroy all worlds and whatever is in existance but he shall only do so if the coin which he is going to tos shows it's yellow side and not it's black side. Two-Face and his enforcers then use the crystal's powers in order to enter the fanflim universe and there, they start wrecking havoc and killing people sadistically and with no remorse. He goes to his lair with The Penguin and the two discuss about their plans. The Penguin angrily questions Two-Face and asks him why he needed to go so far and enter another universe. Two-Face answered to him that there is nothing more important than justice, and he promises Oswald that if he helps then he shall get the crystal and he will be able to use it's powers to return to his own Gotham.
The Penguin agrees, and the two of them go to wreak havoc with intentions of hunting down the Batman and the one who stole the crystal from the museum. They found The Joker with Harley next to him and the crystal in his hands. Penguin then congragulates Harley for finding the crystal, and they ask The Joker to give them the crystal. The Joker however refuses as he has his own purposes of getting rich and powerful like a crime boss. Two-Face out of anger threatened The Joker / Jack Leeson with his sword. Harley however betrays Two-Face and begs him not to kill Jack. Two-Face then reminds that the only moral in the universe is chance, and he toses his coin to decide wether The Joker will live or die.
Luckily, Two-Face's coin showed it's black side and he warned The Joker and Harley that if they interfear with his plans, he shall not hesitate as he shall kill them immediately. Two-Face and The Penguin then kidnapp Selina Kyle and they take her to the Ace chemical factory, where they once again find Harley and Jack.
Two-Face threatens to kill them, but before he does anything he immediately points his gun at The Penguin, as he intends to be the only one who can use the crystal powers and he only used The Penguin for his own purposes and agnendas.
After that, Two-Face shoots The Joker who taunted him by saying that he shall loose the battle against The Batman anyway, because Bruce is stronger than him and his faction combined. Two-Face then toses his coin and it shows the yellow side, thus making the notorious Two-Face use the crystal so he could end the existance and destroy the fanfilm universe first. However, the two Batmans came just on time and they wanted a fight against Two-Face.
While Two-Face was batteling Batman and Catwoman, the Batman from the other universe, Harley and The Penguin escaped the area. The Penguin however threatened to kill the latter, as he did not want to come back to his own Gotham empty handed. The Penguin was defeated by the fully transformed Joker and later arrested for his crimes.
Meanwhile, Two-Face fought against Batman and Catwoman, and eventually he pushed the Catwoman onto the floor and he tried to kill her, but The Batman threw a spinner at his neck, thus killing him for good.
Personality[]
Two-Face is a ruthless crime boss who enjoys hurting other people, but he would mostly hurt them only if his coin shows it's yellow side and not it's black side.
Due to the events of this fanfilm being long after the events of the Dark Knight trilogy, he seems to be more aggresive and less tragic in this fanfilm, despite being the "same Two-Face". However, his feelings for Rachel haven't changed.
