Undead Monster Baldi is the titular main antagonist of the Baldi's Basics the Old Laboratory mod quadrilogy of Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning by Sanspirate, serving as the titular main antagonist of Chapters 1, 3 and 4, and the titular unseen overarching antagonist of Chapter 2.
He is an experiment created by Bolder Baldimore based on his own brother Baldi Baldimore. The experiment ended up failing and is thus kept secret for some time. However, the experiment, along with the others, went rogue and killed almost everyone, abandoning the laboratory. Tila would then stumble upon the laboratory, and the experiment will try to kill them, but fail.
Eventually, he came in contact of someone named Vessie Gredhil. He tried killing him, but Vessie decided to just chop his head off. However, the experiment survived and thus tried killing him once more. He is the archenemy of Tila, the player of the series' first three games and later Vessie Gredhil, the player of the series' fourth and final game.
His Chapter 1 jumpscare sound was provided by a sound clip of the beta version of a Stalker from Half-Life 2 while his voice was provided by Micah McGonigal.
Biography[]
Creation[]
The experiment was created as a clone of Baldi Baldimore by his own brother Bolder Baldimore. The experiment ended up failing, however. As a result, Bolder Baldimore had to seal it off someway and someplace to prevent danger caused by it.
Escape[]
These efforts would be fruitless, however. One day, when Tila is going to Bolder's science class and answers a question wrong, the Baldi experiment is free along with the others and begin causing high amounts of death due to an unnamed individual.
The Baldi experiment then set his eyes on Tila upon encountering them. The experiment will try beginning to kill Tila. However, Tila then escapes.
Trying to Kill Again[]
Tila then revisits the old laboratory for an unknown reason. There, they answer some advanced math problems and get ammo. However, they end up getting a wrong answer and thus awakens the Baldi experiment which he tries killing Vessie, but he runs away and the experiment kills someone instead.
The Baldi experiment then tries to kill them again.
In the ending without having every math problem wrong, the experiment will jumpscare upon entering the exit, hinting the Player failed at escape.
In the ending with having every math problem wrong, Tila manages to survive and escape into the secret sewer, which they then eventually escape and meet Vessie.
Re-Encountering Vessie[]
One day, Vessie Gredhil was kidnapped and thrown into an old laboratory by an unknown person. Vessie encountered the Baldi experiment and then beheaded him due to trying to kill him. Vessie, thinking the experiment died for good, decided to collect axe pieces to get out of the place.
However, upon collecting the second piece, the Baldi experiment awakens. The experiment then tries killing Vessie again. Later, the lab burns down, ending the beast for good.
If the series' fifth and final Chapter never got cancelled, it's unknown what would've become of him given the game shows other experiments as main enemies.
