Star Wars: The Revenge of the Evil Spirit is a film duology for the Star Wars franchise, consisting of two parts known as volumes. It was created by XanderShelton183 himself, and is the first series where Satan himself makes his debut as the franchise's main antagonist.
The Candidate and Their Actions[]
Considering he is very close to the Lucifer depiction of Satan, he is the main antagonist of the Xander Shelton franchise and a fallen arch-angel of God. Before his fall, Lucifer was God's greatest creation, but he grew envy of God's power and rebelled against him in order to usurp him and become the new God of everything in creation. Leading his own army of Angels who joined his cause and murdering half of the Angel population who were trying to stop him, before he was defeated and banished from Heaven. After his banishment, he took over the throne of Hell and rose to power after taking the Permanent Satanic Power Potion (yeah that's the name of the item) which destroyed all of the good inside him and became an omnimalevolent omnicidal maniac out to destroy the multiverse and remake it in his twisted image.
He later has a son named Antichrist and also created the Evil Counterparts whom he sent to spread chaos and destruction and to kill those who might rival him and oppose him (primarily his sword rival, Shadowiera Black). He became the cause of every conflict on Earth (as the usual satanic figure does), he became the leader of the Satanic Sith Order and the Satanic Cultic Empire for which he rules with an iron fist. After his son Antichrist failed, Emperor Satan decided to cruelly kill his own son for failure.
He was indirectly responsible for creating the Golden Armor Demons and for corrupting Blake into becoming Lord Blakeman, making him the overarching antagonist of the Jaxon Borsellino. He used half of the Golden Armor Demon population to wreak havoc across the omniverse. He also killed an alternate timeline version of himself, and wiped out all alternate demons and angels from other timelines in order to succeed in his goal. He also succeeded in usurping and killing an alternate version of God and becoming the true Anti-God, and wiped out all life on both Heaven and Earth and destroying the planet Earth as well.
Why Emperor Satan Does Not Qualify As a CM[]
A few months ago a blog was released concerning content control with CMs. The crux of said announcement can be summed up as such:

The reason why Emperor Satan does not qualify is because he squarely fits the definition of a CM who was intentionally written to be one. Let's take a look at a section from his page:
| “ | Generally the ultimate source of chaos and evil, Emperor Satan is a completely abusive, arrogant, cruel, destructive, dishonest, dishonorable, egoistic, failure-intolerant, faux affable, irredeemable, omnimalevolent, power-hungry, psychopathic, ruthless, sadistic, satanic, torturous, treacherous, vengeful, wrathful, and xenophobic dark lord who only cares about himself. He enslaves, kills, and tortures everyone in a true sadistic manner. Not only he knows and understands what is right and wrong but also enjoys being evil and doesn’t truly care about it. He is willing to destroy and recreate Heaven and the rest of existence itself without remorse. | „ |
This section alone reeks of CM badge of honour treatment. It uses an immoderate amount of adjectives to describe Emperor Satan as a purely evil and extremely despicable being who is void of redeeming qualities, and it gloats about how he was written to qualify as a CM.
The creator's behaviour certainly hasn't helped rid himself of suspicious BoH treatment either. In his first failed proposal, Satan was rejected for being "too generic". The creator then decided to purposely add more vile crimes to Satan to make him heinous enough to be a CM, as evidenced by his comments towards downvotes on his proposal.

In Satan's reproposal, he was again rejected because his crimes were still too generic. One of the creator's comments toward a downvote in particular screams of wanting to make Satan a CM:
| “ | Seriously? He is truly a CM but does NEVER deserve to be rejected. This is everything he did. He is NEVER meant to be generic as I did not make him generic. I already added him into the Complete Monster Fanon Wiki instead of being approved anyway. But I am extremely furious right now. | „ |
The creator is apparently furious that his candidate was being downvoted as a CM, and went as far as prematurely adding him to the Complete Monster Fanon Wiki just so that Satan could be recognized as a CM. This comment in particular gives profound evidence that the creator is treating CM as a badge of honour.
Once again, the creator added even more heinous crimes to make Satan meet the CM criteria, and this time it worked, as Satan received a second reproposal from Brandon and he finally got approved.
However, upon reflection it is clear that Satan's creator was upping his OC's crimes just to make him heinous enough to qualify as a CM, and that violates our current rules regarding proposals for OC villains. Hence, due to the creator repeatedly demonstrating that he is treating CM like a badge of honour, Emperor Satan will now be deemed as "shock value" and will hence be removed from the CM category.
Final Verdict[]
Firm cut. We hope this removal will finally put an end to the question of whether Emperor Satan qualifies as a CM.
