Who’s the character?[]
Jeremy Arkham, later known as Jeremy Valeska, is the antagonist of the series. He is the former scientist of Arkham Asylum, who also responsible for the current villains known as Jerome and Jonathan Valeska.
Why can’t he be qualified?[]
Easy shock value, as the character was designed solely to be Pure Evil and nothing else. However, another thing was certain is that he suffered from moral agency issues, because he suffered too much from chemical gas. It was even evidenced by this quote: “ This laughter is something special.. you know? When I laugh.. it's because I'm really mad. Hahahaha!!!” Yeah, I can sense the moral agency issues there.
