My third removal proposal in a third Shiramu-Korumu villain... yeah that series has a lot of villains spammed onto the Complete Monster category for no reason.
This is a villain that definitely shouldn't be on the category and was clearly spammed on it for no reason (or not, i haven't really checked the history yet).
What's the Work[]
Ultimorian Universe is a series created by User:Shiramu-Kuromu, it is basically a series full of dragons, mystical creatures and villains that can destroy universes, it is pretty similar to Multiversal Legends.
It also has several rejected CMs.
Who's the Candidate?[]
Rose is one of the protagonists of Ultimorian Universe, she is a Ultimorian Deity that hunts evil individuals and she is also a very unpreditable and hostile person who can kill anyone that poses a threat to her.
Why she doesn't qualify?[]
Several reasons. First of all she literally has a page on Heroes fanon wiki, meaning that not only she has plenty of redeeming qualities, but she is also morally ambiguous enough to be considered a hero as well. That itself is enough to prove he's not a complete monster, but there's more. She is also tragic, if you read her backstory her life was a mess, she was heavily abused by her parents and was forced to marry a man who raped her, even if it didn't excuse his crimes it would still make her insecure since that's the reason she is hostile to everyone. If you look at the page there's also several categories that prevent her from being a CM such as "Redeemed", "Chaotic Neutral", "Anti-Villain", etc.

4th rejected CM in Ultimorian Universe, just wow. Also sorry for making this proposal too short, i forgot most of what i knew about her.
