Omegus(LOTCU)

A face that not even a mother would love.

Well I was originally going to make a proposal on Nekrozoth's Legends of the Champions Universe incarnation until someone saved me the trouble in doing so, albeit did it without my permission since they are my characters after all but I'll let it slide for now. Here is another villain from the same universe LOTCU Nekrozoth is from

Who's The Villain And What Did They Do?[]

Omegus, a decomposite character of the canon incarnation , is a vile nobleman and a conqueror of worlds who is worshipped as a tyrannical demigod of Zeniterria. Originally an Energy Factory boss who abuses his workers and lets many civilians starve and pay harsh taxes, he murders his king in order to claim the throne. Growing bored from ruling just one planet, Omegus started centuries of bloodshed and slaughter: He tortured, killed, and enslaved those that opposed him banish those who he sees as a threat to him; Selling powerful weapons to fellow overlords for the highest bidder; And soon successfully conquered his universe, yet still not satisfied enough. Craving more power, Omegus gained dark powers by happily selling his wife’s soul to Nekrozoth and condemned the Zeniterrians to enslavement under the Omega-Lord’s rule with him as the oppressor. Omegus began his seige across the omniverse; Slaughtering more people as well as selling the people to slavery; kidnapping people to conduct inhumane experimeints to become a god; Harvest the oil of each planet he comes across by destroying them. Omegus attempted to invade the Earth to add into his collection of worlds, using a machine to help him drain all the magic and power from others and the Earth which in turn would kill all life in it. After getting killed for the first time, Omegus was granted rulership over Hell by Nekrozoth and used his demonic army to conquer dimensions and ravage planets in Nekrozoth’s name. A power-hungry egotist with a superiority complex, Omegus was a tyrant seeking conquest over time and space and becoming a god of the Multiverse.

Freudian Excuse, Sympathy, Comedy and Migrating Factor[]

Like his canon counterpart he has none, he claimed that he was born in a area of poverty and famine and had to look for scraps and junk to survive. Doesn't really justify his actions though but we do get why he hungers for power but still doesn't excuse for his horrendous actions. He does show respects to some of the heroes but that doesn't show that he has honor as he used dirty tactics to win and acted a bit cowardly. Also he steals the power of those he showed respects to and thinks that they deserve to die by his hands. The man is just a power-hungry as hell tyrant with a terrible case of superiority complex and god complex who thinks just because he is above good and evil he can do what he please.

Unlike the other villains who have loved ones, honor, a Freudian excuse or just played for laughs, there is nothing funny about Omegus nor there is any signs of a redeemable quality. He isn't set up to be a sympathetic villain ever, the only comedy we get (or at least the closest we get from him) is him being insulted for his looks about how he looks like the Annoying Orange and that's about it.  He is not made of evil too obviously, since he was just an alien who owned a Energy factory until he decided to be a conqueror and usurped the king of his planet, the planet was peaceful too until he took rulership.

Character Traits[]

He does have a personality, though he may seem like those typical tyrannical galactic conqueror he actually goes beyond that by being a extremely sadistic megalomaniac with a bad case of god complex who is motivated by a hunger for power, paranoia, and blood thirst who loves conquest.

Individual Capabilities[]

Though can be cowardly, he is a capable fighter who had fought the likes of Legend himself and is a powerful conqueror of worlds who successfully lead a violent coup and establish a dictatorship on his planet. He is also a master sorceror and has quite a lot of knowledge in science as well. He is also capable of performing strategy, manipulation and deceitfulness who is capable of exploiting others' flaws.

Heinous Standards[]

Well Nekrozoth sets the standards in this series like he did in canon, but Omegus managed to standout due to his sheer ruthlessness and sadism. While he does have a large amount of resources they aren't as grand as Nekrozoth's who is a full blown God (or more than that). He isn't a god unlike his canon self, and while he doesn't have the Abraxas curse he still is horrible tyrant. He does have competition with Daemos, another decomposite character of the original Omegus who rules the Chaotic Under-Realm and uses the Abraxas's Curse.

Final Verdict[]
