What's the Work?[]
Maro An le Evil Lon is an "upcoming" web series created by NoodleMcNoodle. It is a non-canon continuation of Poopet's Dumby Dumb Show which is a comedy series but unlike that this series is played seriously with Eggen doing various evil things. The work has an "upcoming" web series said in the page, even though the web series is the work itself.

Why Doesn't He Qualify?[]
Plain and simple, he comes from an "upcoming" work which villains from upcoming works can't be scaled since the work technically does not exist yet. While he may qualify if the work does exist (just take a look at his crimes for a second), the work does not exist yet, therefore, he can't qualify now since if the work doesn't exist, there's no heinous standards to determine if he's sufficiently heinous or not, and insufficiently heinous villains can't be CM. However, I put the quotation marks above upcoming because well, this work most likely would never exist.
First off, the "What's The Work?" section of the original proposal is like, empty, it only says that the web series is made by NoodleMcDoodle and nothing else. Second of all, I tried to find the work to see if it got published now and, it isn't. Third of all, his VFW page only contains "Personality", "Appearance" and "Worst Acts" sections while his PEW page contains much more info (this may be a little weak but hey this may be needed to be brought up). Last of all, the series creator has been inactive for quite a while, so the chances of the work finally existing are even lower.

Crack this egg, man, oh, and maybe boil him too. I seriously have no idea how he even gets approved in the first place.
