Ahreeman Persian God of Evil 2

The most power-hungry being in the multiverse.

Today's Topic is Nekrozoth (LOTCU).

This one sounds interesting to me because i remember there was someone like him based on the same name alongside the same creator who created him.

Now i won't be mentioning names but i will study and review this character.

Just like how i was inspired by Nostalgia Critic, This is the Review for Nekrozoth of the Legends of the Champions Universe.

What's the Work?

Legends of the Champions Universe is a project of mine where I revamp my old ideas of the ML universe and make them their own thing. Basically it's almost like a what if or a reboot, characters like Aka Manah and Vekkisul aren't included in this since this takes place before they became a part of the ML Universe.

'The main idea of this is similar or albeit the same with what ML is trying to do. To make a shared universe similar to Marvel or DC, where characters crossover with each other in either to fight a big threat or just a cameo. This idea takes the concept of not just good and evil, but Neutrality as we'll. The idea will be expanded across different series which will either take place in the past, present, future, or an alternate dimension and will be connected with each other in different ways. The series mainly takes place in the mid alternate future where the Earth was attacked by daemons in a war that almost destroyed the planet. Due to the mystic and cosmic energy the daemons wield, the earth is now invested by super-powered humans known as misfits (I'm still working on the name).

Who is He?

Nekrozoth, also known as "The Dark-Maker" or The Omega Lord is the main villain of Legends of the Champions Universe after he usurps Malroc/Master Magus from that position. He is responsible for all of the evil in the franchise and the leader of the Brotherhood of Death, being once an Prime Alpha turned Omega who leads his empire in his insane brutal conquest to obtain the Chaos Stones. With the stones he can become a Supreme Being and rule the omniverse as a supreme god. He was the main cause of the battle between good and evil, causing every conflict across the infinite multiverses and manipulating various other villains and events through his vile machinations of dominating the entire Omniverse. He was once a Prime Alpha scientist who helped make the Omniverse with his brother Deus and the other Alphas under the orders of the Hollister/Grandmaster Purest. Being the  son of the primordial chaos god Velnias, has his father’s obsession with chaos and destruction but is shown to be worse than his father due to his obsession being later developed into malicious megalomania. Though he was "tinkering" his own dimensions called the Heck Realm, Hell, and a personal one called Oblivion. After everything was done being made,He became much more ambitious and decided to claim the Omniverse for himself, thinking it would be better if it was under his rule instead. However the other Alphas were thinking of electing Deus over him, forcing him to manipulate the Prime Omegas to join his side and elect him as the leader. Once Deus was elected as the ruler of the Omniverse, Nekrozoth becomes bitter and decided to create the concept of evil to spite all that the Hollister and the Alphas worked hard for. He later formed the Pandemonium Empire and began his conquest in the Multiverse. He was responsible for the Hellish invasion on Earth and making it into a dystopia in the first place. He first appeared in the Champions movie Champions: Reign of Evil as the true main antagonist being the shadow leader of the Brotherhood of Darkness then later ascended to become the main antagonist of the franchise after the defeat of Malroc. Afterwards, he becomes the true main antagonist of the whole franchise.

What has he done exactly?

  1. As the "Creator of Evil", Nekrozoth was responsible for all the misery and pain that happens across the Infinite Multiverse as a way to spite the Alphas and Hollister for not making him the King of the Multiverse.
  2. Manipulated and corrupted the Prime Omegas into joining his side, and orchestrated a long and brutal civil war between them from behind the scenes. Using the war as a means to gain more power and control of the Omniverse. Once Deus was busy fighting at the war, Nekrozoth assumed control and made sure his minions kill Deus at the war so he can stay as the ruler forever.
  3. When Deus "died" at the war (which he actually didn't), Nekrozoth becomes a tyrannical dictator of the multiverse who caused nothing but chaos and darkness across every dimension. Having established a fascist dictatorship and have enslaved entire races who refused to submit to his regime. If those who opposes his authority would be tortured publicly for his own amusement. He takes glee in sick mass murders and genocide, and banish those to oblivion for the pettiest reasons. Nekrozoth corrupted the mortals and entities alike as a means to spread chaos and disorder onto the multiverse and allow them to do whatever heinous acts they like. One day he had several universes decimated for entertainment and sowed chaos in many galaxies just because he can, which served as the last straw for Deus who started a rebellion against Nekrozoth.
  4. During the rebellion, Nekrozoth have his minions raid planets and destroy them just to decrees more potential uprising. One of his most infamous actions during so was the collision of two planets which killed off 23 trillion innocent people as he believed those contain rebels. He made sure that the captured rebels are put in his torture camps for him to preform grotesque torture and mutilations on. He kidnapped innocent people and horrifically mutated them into becoming his monstrous minions through torture and makes them his watchdogs.
  5. After being usurped, Nekrozoth was fueled by hatred and decided to corrupt humanity who were created by the Alphas by giving them weapons of mass destruction and showing them concepts of chaos and tyranny. As a result the humans started worshiping him as a dark god, he then bestowed them forbidden knowledge which drove them mad as a result.
  6. As a means to reclaim his power over the Omniverse, Nekrozoth raised an army of Prime Omegas and convinced them that they are the superior race. Despite this claim being a front to just put back in the throne of power. Nekrozoth has his Omega legion to eradicate all life in a universe, and used the Alphas as a scapegoat As such he gained follows on those who now despise the Alphas and used his charisma that the Alphas are the true tyrants of the Multiverse.
  7. Nekrozoth built weapons of mass destruction and used them to destroy many worlds across the multiverse. Even having Strife to design a bomb capable of destroying the universes if not whole multiverses which even Strife himself thought as an insane idea. Nekrozoth had also traded his doomsday devices to other villains and madmen so that they could spread death and destruction in the multiverse.
  8. He creates his monsters, including Sotan'Noth, through his completely cruel and immoral "experiments" of horrifically mutating people into monsters through brutal torturous means that are indescribable. The victims are either turned mindless and viciously loyal to Nekrozoth, aware of their status but can't do anything about it and must always obey Nekrozoth, or have a totally new personality (like Sotan'Noth was).
  9. Created all of demonkind and used them to possessed any beings and drove them insane as a result. The demons stole souls for Nekrozoth and ravaged many planets in his name.
  10. Nekrozoth started a war on the Alphas and to all life in general as he leads his new army to eradicate any life form they come across. Destroying each planet they come across and conquers what remains of each of them for his followers to live in and worship Nekrozoth as a supreme-being.
  11. During his war, Nekrozoth captures a bunch of Prime Alpha children and holds them for ransom, and promises to release them if they offer him the Chaos Stones. Once they did, he only delivered their corpses instead.
  12. Nekrozoth corrupted Lucifer, son of Deus, into his side by manipulating him and takes advantage on his insecurities. All of this just so he could spite his twin brother. What made it worse that he mistreated Lucifer horribly too
  13. Desiring to have a legacy, Nekrozoth corrupted others to be on his side and becomes his apprentices. He would forces them to lose any redeeming quality they have, even against their will, as a way to make them as monstrous and evil as him. One of his more noticeable and famous example is Master Magus/Malroc, one of his successful apprentices to be a monster as him. If that fails, he would kidnap women and forcibly impregnate them through his impregnation machine in order to have children of his own.
  14. 'He abused his children constantly and sometimes attempt to kill them and torture them with glee if they fail him or have no use for them.
  15. He caused mass genocide across many worlds whom he dubbed as "minor labor" and made an excuse that the inhabitants were "weaklings". He was known for slaughtering most of the Sparxians for not bowing to him and treating him as a king.
  16. Nekrozoth caused an event called "The Great Invasion", an event where his army of demons, aliens, monsters, and Omegas invaded the planet Earth in a violent attempt to drain the planet of its resources. He contacted a power-hungry businessman named William Braxxon, the head of Braxxon Enterprise and promised him power over the entire world. When Braxxon did accept the offer, the businessman used his fortune to make a machine capable of letting Nekrozoth's legion in. The project as well as the machine was a success, now leading his army in an attempt to ravage the planet Earth.
  17. During the Invasion, Nekrozoth's army ravaged many areas on Earth from destroying major cities to draining it from it's valuable resources. Boiling almost the entire ocean which killed millions to billions of fishes and sea animals, and have his demons enslave the human souls they encounter. Nekrozoth made a machine where he used a massive drill to harvest the inner material of the planet all away to the center of the Earth which would in turn destroy the planet Earth and make it uninhabitable.
  18. Nekrozoth kidnaps the humans and use them as his lab rats in making his brand of super soldiers after learning a gene that grants them powers. Using sorcery, dark energy, genetic engineering, and god knows what else he uses. The experiments resulted to some of them into becoming psychopathic killers and supporters to Nekrozoth as a result.
  19. Though the invasion failed and he lost the war due to his nephew, Legend, as well as a human named Wade Stevenson defeating him. Nekrozoth however left a huge impact which would lead to the events to the main story of Legends of the Champions Universe. For starters, Braxxon managed to survive the invasion and becomes a de-facto behind the scenes despot of the city the hero Jack Spark lives in, thanks to Nekrozoth. He had also left plenty of dangerous monsters on the planet as well as plenty of supernatural dangers. His usage of dark energy was also left on the planet which was used by villains such as Malroc and Braxxon to use to commit horrendous acts.
  20. Nekrozoth was also responsible for sending Malroc to Earth, being behind the atrocities Malroc has committed and setting up the events of Champions: Reign of Evil.

Heinous Standards

To compare him and the original Nekrozoth, They're actually both the same with some exceptions, The Nekrozoth (whom is the original) we know has committed serial rape but the LOTCU version does not.

However, despite this version of Nekrozoth never raped anyone, He still has a big body count of murder and the massacres he has created, nearing the same levels as the original. But in retrospect you all think its the same thing and nothing new.

But his Version of Nekrozoth killed people in his own way unlike the Original, in terms of differences and comparison.

So basically there are some versions of Nekrozoth who are bound evil by heart.

Redeeming Qualities?

To justify after reading his entire personality, i highly doubt the slightest in amount.

Nekrozoth clearly has no concern for anyone he cared for (mostly on his family, allies, and everyone else), but for most of the time, he only cares about himself, proving he is purely selfish enough to never thought about the consequences and in his beliefs, he thinks becoming evil, purely by heart and lack of remorse, can make someone stronger and willing to do what it takes to gain power.

This proves something inside Nekrozoth, clearly doesn't have a real heart but instead has the symbolism of a real monster.

It’s Nekrozoth afterall. Nekrozoth sees life as a means to torment him but even this just shows his childish ego since his only reason why he chooses to be evil was because he was never elected as the king of the Multiverse.

Moral Agency and Freudian Excuse

His believes are made clear on how he thinks of others as weak and useless, same goes for his intelligence as he is aware of what he has done.

He does not have an excuse to why he did what he did.

Final Verdict

Sure.
