Now that I got Whitelisted and for my first CM Proposal I got a Transformers Crossover one from an fanfic I saw and read one time when I remembered it and after re-reading it I felt like Galvatron im it can be an CM first we will get into here.
What’s the Work?[]
Transformers Evangelion is an crossover fanfic by Haddad062 between Transformers and Neon Genesis Evangelion seemly inspired ofd of the official Transformers x Evangelion crossover by Takara-Tommy with the tie-in story Transformers Mode: EVA. The fanfic features Optimus Prime having an fatherly relationship with Shinji Ikari while dealing with the Angels, Gendo Ikari and SELE, and the Decepticons after Optimus got teleported to Earth through an accident during an fight with Galvatron.
Who is He?[]
Galvatron is the Decepticon Leader and the rebuilt version of Megatron who is the overreaching antagonist of the story and the archenemy of Optimus Prime who wish to conquer the universe under his rule.
What Has He Done?[]
While he was absent and got sidelined for most of the story, but his return as the final boss in the final chapter and has enough crimes allow him to stand out from the Human Villains.
In the First Chapter Galvatron Attempted to blow up the Moon with the Darkspark before a portal sucked him and Optimus to Earth leading tp the events of the story but was missing for of it but it was explained in the final chapter for his absence as when he returned when Optimus asked where he been and Galvatron is he was stuck in the Antarctic in stasis lock thus providing an explanation for him being missing for most of the story making his absence a long Long-Cooling Off Period.
When he returned he attempted to kill Optimus Prime, Shinji and co with him even crushing Evangelion Units-1 and 2 with laughing like maniac with Shinji Ilari screaming on pain and be used the Darkspark, Adam and Lilith where he fuses with the his past self, Beast Wars Megatron to become the Trinity of Megatrons to trigger the Third Impact sending the world into darkness where he placed every being Human and Cybetronian alike in a more twisted version of the Instrumentality Project reliving their worst fears on a endless loop with stating one prime example of having Asuka stuck in a fantasy of being unable to pilot an EVA anymore and loosing her will to fight where he was gonna do until everyone gave in to him. However the inference from Kaworu and Rei's to stop him and Shinji rejecting the insturantal allow to put astop to his plans. Heck Galvatron's hatred for humanity was so bad it made Kaworu an Angel realize the wrongs of the Angels and redeem himself as the Angel-Human Hybrid seeing him and the Decepticons just as bad as the Angels.
After his Third Impact was undone and unfusing with G1 Megatron and BW Megatron, Galvatron attempt one last futile effect to fight to kill the heroes before meeting his end by Optimus, Shinji and Asuka was played for satisfaction for his crimes.
Mitigating Factors[]
He got no preventions as the work is taken more than seriously enough with high stakes here, and despite his insanity he don't have moral agency issues as he is clearly based on the Cartoon Galvatron and had better control over it acting more calm in more instances.
He do got some comedic moments but don't detract him as they are just fancy one-liners or show how insane and evil he is and nearly everyone takes him extremely seriously.
Heinous Standards[]
It has an heinous standard that is an mix of the original Cartoon and the original Neon Genesis Evangelion Anime up until a certain point where similar events to them plus some Beast Wars thrown in there with those characters appearing in there but Galvatron has enough crimes in the story not rely on off-screen villainy.
In addition the events of the End of Evangelion do not happen or at least happen drastically differently at least where the Autobots' intervention foiled SELEE's massacre on NERV with little to no casualties and manage to fought off the Mass Produced Evangelion Units meaning the heinous standard for Evangelion part is lower than the main series since Shinji Ikari didn't trigger the Third Impact due to the fanfic’s version of him having a much more stable mental state than his main series self due to Optimus Prime's fatherly kind personality of comforting him which helped repaired his mental state and Galvatron triggers Third Impact in his place anyways.
The only Transformer Villain he can compete Beast Wars Megatron who worst crime is an "Kill the heroes" act and Decepticons all working under him, so he only has to compete with Gendo Ikadi, Keel Lorenz and SEELE, he got more than enough crimes to not fail to them as he got some to stand out.
Galvatron did have the Decepticon army, the Darkspark, Adam & Lilith's power at his disposal, while Lorenz who had lower resources since he had SELEE and while had control of the world he lacks alien tech save for couple of parts he cannibalize from Cheeter, the Mass Produced Evangelion Units, Adam and Lilith to trigger the Third Impact. Lorenz controlling the Earth isn't higher due to Galvatron having higher quality resources compared to him,
Lorenz did claim he was gonna send the Beast Machine (An Angel-mutated Cheetor) to destroy Cybetron and plan on wiping out humanity, Galvatron would still out heinous him even then due to him stealing Adam & Lilith's power to trigger the Third Impact himself instead he did far worse than him due to placing everyone in a fate worse than death with them living fantasies of their worst fears allows him to stand out from him.
Despite having to compete with human villains who had lower or similar resources to him, Galvatron stands out for his attempted high kill count on both humans and Cybertronian races, putting those in a fate worse than death, mentally torturing Shinji Ikari and attempted child murder of sheer sadism where it made Shinji scream in pain and unlike SELEE who wish to unite humanity as one or Gendo who wish to revive Yui where both some sort had selfless intentions for their planned Third Impacts, Galvatron triggered the Third Impact out of sheer malice intent to exterminate humanity and all organic lifeforms due to him seeing them allows him to out heinous them.
Verdict[]
Overall despite being sidelined for most the fanfic and having to compete with the human villains that had fewer resources than him despite it, I can give him a big Beast Wars Megatron YESSSSSSSSSS as Galvatron out heinous them all due to his act of attempted mass omnicide on organics and Cybertronians, attempted child murder when he attempted to kill Asuka and Shinji with making latter scream in pain when Galvatron crushed his Evangelion Unit's torso while laughing and unlike SELEE or Gendo who had some selfless intent on attempting triggering the Third Impact to unite humanity as one or reviving Yui, Galvatron did it to exterminate humankind by putting them and Autobots in a fate worse than death by making people live their worst fears making him the most heinous villain in the fanfic.
While he do have a few comedic moments they don't detract him at all due to being fancy one-liners and showing his insanity, with any praise or care for his men being pragmatic and faked to keep them in line. And his mental instantly don't give him moral agency issues due to him being based on the Cartoon and has better control of it than in original cartoon able to act more calm at times.
