Note: I know I'm no longer whitelisted and I've decided to have a break from making CM proposals and removals on villains, but BrandonDarkOne47 gave me permission to make a removal on both Royal Hypno Flower and Shurara (who I've already made a removal on) in which I've decided to make the removal proposals for these characters individually) and those removals are only a one-time thing.
Now that Shurara's removal proposal has been made and got approved, I am now making a removal proposal on another LuigiFan00001 villain named Royal Hypno Flower. So, yeah, after watching every episode of Plants vs. Zombies Plush Season 3 and having a conversation with UUnlockedMario (who is the LuigiFan expert on this wiki), I don't think she's a Complete Monster.
What's the work?[]
LuigiFan00001 is a YouTube channel that makes plush videos that involve many different things/characters such as Angry Birds, Super Mario, Plants vs. Zombies, Pac-Man, etc. which is created by Matthew Montane. The channel’s videos are similar to channels such as SuperMarioLogan, Cute Mario Bros. and others and it usually seems to focus on video game characters.
Despite being a comedic and lighthearted channel, LuigiFan00001 occasionally has dark and serious moments.
Who is the candidate? What did she do?[]
The Royal Hypno Flower is an antagonist in the LuigiFan00001 series, appearing in the 3rd season of Plants vs. Zombies Plush where she appeared in almost every episode from episode 1 to episode 15 (or 17). Her goal is to turn all zombies into goats and destroy them. She mainly succeeded with her plans, but sometimes she fails.
Why She Doesn't Qualify[]
She was created by Spellslamzer (who is known as the Shopkeeper) which makes her moral agency questionable and it pretty much implies that she's Amoral/Made of Evil.
Also, about her attempting to kill every single zombie which sounds like an attempted genocide goal, she's not the only LuigiFan villain to commit genocide/attempted genocide, there's other villains in the channel that have committed genocide/attempted genocide from what I've heard (examples are Chef Piggy, Shurara, Dr. Zomboss, Momma Turkey, etc.)
She also has comedic moments (such as her being tickled for example) just like Shrek, Chef Piggy or any other villain in the LuigiFan00001 channel (in which LuigiFan is, of course, a comedic YouTube channel).

Cut since she has a questionable moral agency. But, what do you think? Keep or cut?
