Why doesnt He Count?[]
After looking at his proposal and page, i dont see how he stands out from the rest of the villains from the franchise, whilst having the highest kill count, i fail to see how that is enough to make him stand out, the only possible unique crime would be the attempted child murder, which technically also happened in the scream tv series (Although it was attempted on teenagers, they were still below the age of 18), overall nothing he does really goes beyond standard villainy by the HS of the scream franchise
