The Marvel Fanfilm Universe, or MFU is a crossover adaptation of marvel and D.C Comics
Who is He?[]
Toad is the main antagonist of the MFU, being the main antagonist of the fanfilms, god loves man kills and fiction is justice and a recurring antagonist in many other works
Why Doesnt He Count?[]
Okay, while he has no real redeeming qualities and does pass the standard, here is why i thin he does not count:
His actions are nothing but pure shock value with no story or message, much like with other fanfilms this one is basically just 10 minutes of needless violence for the sake of it, i mean just look at his personality section
"The Toad is an extremely violent, selfish, egoistic, narcissistic and merciless as he only cares about himself and he would do anything to reshape the world, even if it means to eradicate all of it's living beings and rebuild what he ruined. He didn't care about other lives, and he would even go as far as slaughtering millions of innocents, and then stalking after a mother and her baby. He knows the difference between right and wrong, as shown when he congratulates"
This outright states that he has a moral agency, which while could be understandable for dark forms, there is no reason that it should state, that, and look at the other section

This sounds like needless shock value to me, and it very much is, this guy serves purpose beyond being approved as a CM

Hard Cut, this guy is pure shock value who was very obviously made to be a CM
