Who Is He?[]
Dr. Helsing is a member of the Zorthes and the fourth protagonist of the series. He is the Zorthes mad scientist who sends people into cruel and dangerous dimensions and make armed experiments to make him and his kind stronger.
Why Doesn't He Qualify?[]
Like Zorthsville-Overlord, he definately does not stand out in a series where every are complete monsters, and as a result no one can count in this. Also, he might be a well-intention extremist though I just got this because he is under the extremist category, so I might be wrong in this. Also he is part of a always chaotic evil race, meaning since his race are known for thei genocidal xenophobia and murderous chaotic behavior that seem to be in their nature to evil which means that he and his kind might not have moral agency. There is also the fact that his kind were made by a mad scientist to be this way too. So that is my reason why he should be cut.
