It's another Scratch villain... I have nothing to say.
What's the work?[]
Melvin is from the Scratch series by YossonXD... it has Zorthenport in it... and a ridiculously high heinous standard... I actually think that Shadow Aaron is a better villain than Zorthenport... I am not even joking.
Who's the candidate?[]
I am just going to copy and paste... because why not.
Melvin Sneedly is a overall protagonist of Scratch. He is a cyborg and a adult version of his young counterpart. His hobby is to help Zorthenport to complete his plans. He is also a former student from Jerome Horwitz Elementary.
When he was young, He always tell on George Beard and Harold Hutchins, And he was considered as the smartest students ever in Jerome Horwitz Elementary.
Why He Doesn't Qualify[]
Once again, the heinous standard is too damn high. In Scratch, pretty much NONE OF THE VILLAINS stand out, and Melvin is no exception. Heck, in Scratch, you could literally be Nekrozoth, and still not even be able to stand out. Also, Melvin does seem to have some care for Zorthenport, and maybe he is a little too loyal. Once again, YossonXD clearly doesn't understand how CMs work -_-
Also... Melvin is clearly a parody villain. Melvin is an evil version of a character... from a children's series that isn't taken seriously at all. Now, yeah, some parody villains can actually be Complete Monsters (like Francis), but that is usually if they are homages or game changers. Melvin isn't either of these things, and given the work he was originally from, it is hard to actually take him seriously.

Do I even have to say what the final verdict is? It is a Scratch villain... the heinous standard is too high and the creator doesn't understand how CMs work clearly. I think we all know what the final verdict is.
