Villains Fanon Wiki

Dr. Vail Keller is the main antagonist of the web-comic series The Oakley Twins.

He is an evil scientist who is the arch-nemesis of Neptune and Celia Oakley, the latter of whom has ruined almost all of his evil schemes. Keller unsuccessfully tries to wreak havoc across Bicycle Pass with his inventions, especially his "Inators."". In the Rising Twins, he is revealed to be a good person pretending to be evil, just to make it seem that it's because of his horrible past, not something that truly comes from his heart.

Personality[]

While pretending to be a cruel and mildly sadistic scientist who comes with some mildly infuriating pranks that ultimately annoy people, Keller is a mostly harmless and benign citizen. Keller was known to be easily angered and temperamental due to his schemes constantly being ruined. Keller has always had a disregard for people simply doing their jobs, often getting extremely angry and disrespectful at everybody. It is revealed that Keller is mentally incapable of continuing with his schemes without Neptune and Celia being there to stop them, and that he might could conquer Bicycle Pass easily if he did not wait.

Biography[]

Early Life[]

In his childhood, Vail was just a boy living in a red planet somewhere in outer space called Kudia. Retama and Vilia, his parents, were often abusive towards him and forced him to be their village's statue when the real statue toppled down. His only friends were the clouds. His younger brother, Roald was the one in the family to get lots more attention than Vail, which lead him into a life of jealousy of how Roald lived his life.

This was further intensified when Roald was elected Mayor of Bicycle Pass, which caused Vail to develop schemed to humiliate Roald. The first invention that Vail invented was called "Thingy-Inator", which did nothing but shoot a ray of plasma, he entered it in a science fair, but lost to a baking soda volcano. On the next science fair, he entered a "Much-Bigger-Thingy-Inator", but still lost due to another baking soda volcano.

During his teenage years after exiling to the planet Earth, Vail jokingly stated that he would rule the world, but he was convinced by his former girlfriend "Christine Palmolive" to start small with Bicycle Pass. Doing so, he started an evil business (after his quesadilla-vending industry went out of business thanks to the taco-vending industry).
