| ~ Valentino preparing for his TV show "Valentino's Day" |
Valentino is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Vox) in the first season of the fanmade series Hazbin World. He is the psychopathic, horny and sadistic brother of Vox and Velvette, as well as Alastor's arch-rival, and the host of the porn show "Valentino's Day".
He helps then on their quest to find Molly and kill the other protagonists. However, he is killed by Fizzarolli's dog, as Mammon ordered them to kill Valentino and do Velvette's job. Revealed that his death was faked by Vox, he then plotted to gain full control over Hell and plotted things with Vox.
He tries to become Hell's ruler and enforce Valentino's day to show dominance among the demons. However, Alastor ruins his plans and rules Hell's populace instead of him, also putting him into shame and a house arrest. He becomes the current ruler of hell, leading his empire to the battle of treachery.
History[]
Valentino is the comedic brother of the other two of The 3 V's, a trio in which he is second in command. He is also one of the lords of hell, as well as a rival to both Velvette and Angel Dust.
In the first episode, Valentino receives a report from Mammon who claims that Loona the hell hound has escaped from his circus in which Blitzo is the owner. Valentino of course tells his brother Vox about this, much to Vox' frustration. Vox calls Velvette in, and tells her that if she doesn't stop any resistance in hell, including Loona and Charlie Magne, she will be sold by Vox to Mammon as a female slave.
Valentino returns in the following episode and asks Velvette why she is crying. Velvette, wanting to be free and redeem herself from any evil, tells Valentino she doesn't want to live like this and she's not happy. Valentino tells her aggressively that she deserves it, and that she will always be nothing, a nobody. Vox resolves the matter by giving Velvette one more final chance to get rid of the protagonists and bring back Molly. However, Vox orders Valentino to keep a close eye on her and watch that she wins.
Valentino and Velvette enter the hotel, and Valentino enters room 665 first. He comedically pretends to be a news reporter, asking Alastor and Angel Dust in a creative way where the heroes are hiding. Angel protects the heroes, but Alastor gives him a hint and says that they are hiding in one of the closets, which was also a lie. Valentino says that he is stupid indeed, but that his brother Vox isn't. Angel Dust mocks Vox by calling him "Voxie". Afterwards, Velvette comes into the room. She says that she smells something. However, they are all interrupted by Fizzarolli who was ordered by his boss Mammon to hunt down Valentino and erase him.
Valentino ran into the hotel's lobby. There, he caught the protagonists, but before he could sadistically do to them something terrible, Fizzarolli's watch dog used it's power and erased him.
However, this was revealed to be faked and part of Vox' plans, so he can become ruler of Hell after overthrowing Satan and Lucifer's royalty. He starts pretending he is incharge of Hazbin Hotel just to get money, but it fails. Vox however tells him about his secret weapon against Heaven, convincing Valentino to use it at some time.
Valentino then smokes inside the Happy Hotel. However, Alastor kicks him out due to their rivalry. Valentino vows to get his revenge, before he goes with Vox to a meeting with Lucifer Magne and many other lords and other beings of Hell. These Hell residents are all accused of suspected espionage on Satan. However, Magne tells them they can solve it by playing a game, where you have to cause as much as mischief as possible in your own event, and the loser is charged with the crime.
Valentino uses Vox's technology to broadcast his porn show called "Valentino's Day". He tries to control the audience, but Alastor intervenes and ruins his reputation, becoming the winner and placing Valentino under humiliation and house arrest, due to him being the loser and therefore he is charged for espionag on Satan. While remaining in house arrest, Vox further tries to manipulate him into helping him while Vox intends to send a doomsday missile to Heaven.
Valentino later joins up with Lucifer, Fizzarolli and Mammon in order to find out who the traitor was. Mammon told Lucifer that Satan is fake, and therefore, the entire crew of villains which Valentino has joined declared that whoever gets rid of the most rebels will become Hell's ruler. Alastor also wanted to join, but he was protective towards the rebels so he didn't join the group of villains.
Valentino tries to hunt down Loona, Bee and her friend Vanessa Roberts, and he is accompanied by the other villains of the crew. Lucifer was about to kill the good guys, but Charlie talked him out of this and into redemption. After Lucifer redeems himself, Vox takes leadership on the villainous group and claims that if Lucifer was a rebel, he must be killed. Vox has become the ruler for the villains of the underworld.
Personality[]
Out of The 3 V's, Valentino is the comedic right-hand of the group. He introduces himself as a news reporter, and makes some funny, comical remarks. He is basically a sadistic comic relief. He even admits to being stupid, but as he said, his brother is much more ruthless and serious than he is.
Coming back after his death was revealed to be faked by Vox, he plots to turn Hell into his own playground, developing rivalry with Apollyon. He seems to become much more of a threat, despite remaining a comic relief at times.
He later becomes obsessed with becoming Hell's new ruler (in competition with many others including his brother Vox) and he develops serious rivalry with Alastor, who outsmarts him very easily.
