Venom and Lizard are the main antagonists in Spider-Man’s Final Fight. They successfully kill Spider-Man.

How they met[]
Conners and brock were lab partners until they became supervillains and teamed up to kill Spider-Man but took them 15 years later just to end him.
Biography[]
While Peter was simply sitting in a roof until Eddie attacks and kidnaps him, and Conners taunts Peter with venom tells him about the other villains spider-man killed. But Peter throws lizard at an explosive but venom finds spider-man beats him until he randomly dies.
