Veronica is a woman with black hair with green and orange tips. She has eyes with pupils of two colors: Green and Orange. She usually wears a see-through black T-shirt, with her bra visible. She wears ripped jeans and brown shoes.
As a serial killer, she wears a red suit and bow tie with two-tone red striped lubes. In addition to socks with the same colors as the gloves, red shoes and hat.

According to Veronica herself, she grew up with cruel parents who never loved her and was always belittled by others. As shown in her short flashbacks, she was kicked out of the house by her parents.
In unknown ways, Veronica began to serve Vinnie. Through unknown means, Veronica babysits a girl named Ava Schmidt.

Chapter 1[]
After killing two Candy's employees, Veronica was tasked with taking Ava to Candy's Ultimate Burger Plaza and killing her. With a ticket, she is able to take Ava to the planned location, although Vinnie is not happy with Veronica's action, with he deciding to go after someone else to use, Veronica convinces him that she could kill Ava.

Having grown up in bad care, Veronica is closed and tough, with herself stating that she never had a way in life, herself demanding and giving herself to Vinnie to be something even if she has to kill to do it. Even with that, she is still playful with Ava and is shown to be sentimental towards the girl.
Trivia[]
It is clear that Veronica has some connection with Mary Schmidt, the protagonist of Five Nights at Candy's.
The main proof of this is the fact that on page 4 of chapter 1, a girl similar to Mary is seen after Veronica kills the two employees, with her saying "Excellent work my dear. We can now inact our revenge once and for all."
