Victor Quartz is a major character in the All ☆ Star Dogman Cinematic Universe, serving as a supporting character in The Dogman Movie 2: Chaos Unleashed, the current secondary antagonist of The Dogman Show, and one of the main protagonists of Tales of the Paper.
He is a mentally insane news reporter who has done countless of crimes just for the sheer fun of it. He treats almost all of his peers poorly and pushing them away. He is also self aware that the actions he do are very awful, which lead to him holding a grudge towards anyone who calls him "quirky," as shown in Tales of the Paper due to being disguisted by people's glorification of his actions.
Since he originates from a written story, he has no canonical voice. But if he had one, he would be voiced by the creator, Nicholas Walsh (Or Reviewer-Vision as he is known online).
Biography[]
Past[]
Victor continuously purposely keeps his past away from others, likely hinting at a tragic past. However, it is known that his dad got kicked by a kangaroo and his mom's head got cut off by the mafia and used as a ball, which resulted in both of their deaths.
Helping to stop Petey and Flippy[]
In an effort to help the Ohkay Ville Police Station stop Petey and Flippy from stealing the Orb of the Psychokinetic, Victor and his news crew would arrive to France, where Victor would use a Pen Katana against the two, before being knocked out and losing it. He would later return to Ohkay Ville with the rest of the Ohkay Ville News Station.
Attempting to harpoon Petey's hamster ball[]
When Petey escapes from jail by creating a giant hamster ball of junk, the Ohkay Ville News Station came there to report on it. However, Victor started taking out a harpoon and constantly attempted to harpoon the giant hamster ball for fun, until the harpoon gets stuck onto the ball. The ball starts rolling around and nearly crashes onto Mt. A.R.F.G.U.S, before Dogman, who was driving his police car, bites on Victor's legs, stopping the ball entirely.
Helping Dogman save the Cop Zombies[]
When Dogman eats a moldy slice of cheese pizza, the Ohkay Ville News Station has Victor take care of Dogman.
Meanwhile, Petey collects a wad of Hypno Gun from a woman who wanted to apply to be Petey's butler. Using the gum, Petey would turn it into Hypno Gas and spray it onto all of the Ohkay Ville Police Station and Ohkay Ville News Station (except for Victor), turning them all into mindless zombies.
Victor and Dogman learn this and learn that the way to get the zombies out of their trance is to have Dogman vomit, lick the vomit up, and lick it onto the zombies. So, Victor goes out to get more moldy cheese pizza to make Dogman vomit.
Later, Victor interviews Petey in jail, with Petey saying if he didn't stop making fun of him, he would kill Victor's family. However, Victor claims all of his family already died.
Becoming stupid[]
When Petey escapes jail and erases all meaning from all the books in the world, it causes all of the people in the world to become temporarily stupid, which included Victor. After Dogman got rid of the effects of the Word Be Gone, he would revert back to himself.

Personality[]
