NOTE: To get whitelisted, users must have 300+ edits and have voted in at least one proposal, another thing is that you need full knowledge or at least enough knowledge to know how a Complete Monster and a Magnificent Baddie work in order to be white listed and make CM and MB proposals. You can't ask permission to get whitelisted, the admins decided you deserve it or not, asking will likely get you no chances to be on this list.
