Nominations for articles to be featured on the front page.

Guidelines[]

  • Nominations must be at the very least 350 words long.
  • An article is featured every month, or at the admins' discretion.
  • Whichever article has the most votes at the end of the month is featured for a month.
    • Each downvote counts as a point down for the nominee.
    • In case of a tie, the one with fewer downvotes wins.
  • Admin votes carry the same weight as regular users' votes.
  • All nominations and votes must be signed with four tildes (~~~~). Unsigned nominations and votes will be nullified.
  • Nominations and votes CANNOT BE CHANGED. Each user can only vote ONCE, for and against.
  • An article cannot be nominated twice in a row (if an article was nominated in the previous voting, it cannot be nominated again in the current one).
    • An article that was already headlined at any point can never be nominated again.
  • Only five nominations max for every monthly voting are allowed. Any nomination surpassing this limit will be automatically disqualified.
  • CHEATING WILL NEVER BE TOLERATED. Any user who starts downvoting candidates just to rig the results or go asking other users to vote on his candidate will receive a warning and, in case of reoccurrence, a one month ban. No exceptions. DO NOT CREATE SOCKPUPPETS JUST TO MAKE A CANDIDATE WIN!!
  • CAN'T VOTE FOR YOUR OWN ORIGINAL CHARACTER: Users cannot vote for their OCs. However, they can still nominate OCs of their own and write a description about them, provided that they don't leave a vote on it.

Suggestions[]

  • Be original and creative with the nominations.
  • Don't vote against a villain if you haven't read the article about it yet.
  • Don't vote against a villain just because you know nothing about him/her/it.
  • Don't say anything that may be offensive to another.
  • If you're going to vote against, present an actual argument for your reasoning. "He's boring" or "I don't like him" aren't arguments.

The correct nomination format is as follows:

  • "They do say the third time's the charm!" - Sir Edmund Rockwell
No surprise I'd give Instinct a third shot after his last fall from grace and his tie with Torque... Let me reintroduce him.
Instinct, aptly named so for his status, is the primordial embodiment of instinctual reactions in living organisms, mainly, sapient lifeforms. With his "co-gods", they maintained somewhat of balance across the multiverse for a short amount of time, but eventually Instinct felt... bored, useless, because his purpose was meant for beings that couldn't think for themselves.
"Why should I bother with them? I am Instinct, I deal with instinctual beings or instinctual feelings. Sapients can decide for themselves!"
And one day, Order "turned into chaos", and Equality was snapped in half as both lost their lives to Instinct's hands. He got tired of protecting those who could think for themselves, and instead of living by what he was created for, he switched it up a bit. Instead of doing "his actual purpose" for the multiverse, what he decided to do is to turn each and every single reality, the multiverse and further, into worlds of pure instinct, but not in the way of nature. He plans to turn every sapient lifeform into beings long since lost in their time, for them to suffer and to live the lives they had. "Just as that scar slowly forms as they wince in pain, knowing all they ever knew and lived for perished alongside all else that existed."
The last thing you see before the worlds you see fade away in front of you is that sick, twisted smile being formed in the stars. That sadistic glare enjoying every second of the torment he inflicts, as the worlds you see burn, are turned to dust, shattered entirely. The beings on whom he sends to follow his will, his instinct, are nothing but tools that he throws away once their usefulness expires. "So to answer your question, Alpha, you are merely fodder in a plan of annihalation. So unless you want to join me, I'll kill you right here, and right now."
No matter the cost, he will do everything to succeed in turning all of existence into a place for his entertainment!

Riggy Runkey[]

  • Riggy Runkey is an extremely iconic character. His highly-anticipated show, Toon Turf, recently released on YouTube, and it's blew up since then. Riggy definitely deserves to be headlined in my opinion, he's an extremely funny, complex and sociopathic rabbit monkey (a Runkey), who has tons of lore. Riggy used to want to be a hero, but he ended up accidentally killing his only friend Billy, although most of his backstory is unknown, as Toon Turf only has one episode as of now, Riggy ended up working for Danno after. I think we should headline him to celebrate the release of the first episode of Toon Turf.
